My wife and I have been visiting the restaurant on each holiday to Lanzarote. Covid delayed our visit for 3 years, so now we have returned so pleased to find it hasn't changed. The owners have always made us feel welcome (sometimes too welcome - free samples of liqueurs and us not being able to say no!) even though they don't speak English and our Spainsh is very basic. The coffee, garlic prawns, and beer is as good as it gets. The Sunday special meat swords, is worth a trip from the UK alone. You will get a pleasant surprise to find the prices and quality are better than the tourists areas. I often think about this place as my happy place when I'm down or stressed. Definitely recommend for people who want a taste of real Lanzarote and not the tourists experience. Privileged to have found and enjoyed this place. Will be back.
