I just love it! Its staff always make me feel at home. Eloy and Cristina are the best! This IKEA is small like Lanzarote but has a good variety to make of the "Republic of your house" a confortable and beautiful place. The cafeteria and restaurant are good

Great selection of everything you might need for home. My only criticism is you make us walk around the entire store to get to kitchen ware and lighting. I don't need the furniture floor every week

We ordered all our furniture a month before our apartment was fully refurbished. Amazing English speaking members of staff. Especially Maria. The complete order arrived on time and the guys from the Spanish version of Task Rabbit again arrived spot on time. A couple of items had damage but again were replaced and re built within two days. I can not fault IKEA in any way absolutely brilliant

If you make a purchase for collection at the dispatch counter you now have to scan your receipt first. Instructions not very clear for non Spanish speaking people

Having been to IKEA in the UK this one was diddy by comparison, though it seemed to have pretty much everything I'd expect to see except a warehouse area. The cafeteria was great especially as there was no queue (we visited on a weekday) though not the same choice of drinks (where was Lingonberry?). It's a shame we didn't need to buy anything as there was no queue and plenty of staff. Maybe we need more diddy IKEAs in the UK (and elsewhere) they be more of a pleasure to shop at. 🙂

Smallish for IKEA but stock most items and the staff are helpful.

Either the employees are unpaid, hate their jobs or Ikea just doesn’t invest in costumer service programs!

I like IKEA so given they are all modular and pretty much the same, this one is fine

Had a problem at checkout a new system is in place for delivering your item from the stores a very long wait before you I could pick the item up, the products are okay don't know if I will purchase from them in the future I will try wait for things to improve in the Stores.

Good selection of reasonably priced items for home ( and the rental villas that we look after) Very friendly and helpful staff, including the staff who work in the cafeteria! Very pleasant shopping experience 😁

Always pay a visit when we are over on the Island, usually need something from here, very quiet but it was a bank holiday.

Ideal for home items and a nice cafeteria, although you need covid passport to enter the cafeteria

What can you say about Ikea store. It provides good quality products at reasonable prices. Will come back as usual.

I love coming here. It's never crowded, unlike the IKEA in Wilrijk, Belgium, where I used to go when I lived in Belgium. The restaurant is really relaxing too.

The "go to" household store for the whole of Lanzarote. The brand speaks for itself but the store is well laid out, spotlessly clean and staff always helpful. Ideal spot just off the Circunvalacion.

Great shopping experience, exceptionally clean and tidy. Made even better by the kind gentleman working in the mattress section speaking to us in English. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind. Wish I had taken his name. Thank you for making our shopping experience less stressful with us not speaking Fluent Spanish!
