I had to visit this gym just to tick it off the list, facilities are amazing and a big size gym. It was that big it had 2 classes happening at the same time either side of the rig. Just felt the coach could of spent one minute with me to tell me this and ask my name , run through today's wod also ask me about my ability to carry out any of the movements. Just felt I was left to my own devices to work it out for my self, good job I have 5 years experience. Hence why the 3 stars did not feel that welcome did not right my name on the board with my time. but I'm sure a different coach you will have a better experience.. 10th May 2022 9am

This is a really cool Box. The Coaches are very nice. The workouts are good special on saterdays🏋🏻‍♀️😊.

Good facilities but better off going to Tagoror crossfit as a drop in. Much friendlier staff / owners there.

A big box, wods every hour, from 8 am, everyone was super friendly. The music was awesome and the coaches were super kind.
