We stayed at the hotel with our 3-year-old and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. The room with the mini pool was beautiful, the rooftop pool terrace was beautiful, the vibe was very relaxed and the restaurant and breakfast were very, very good. Our room was in an adjacent building and on the 3rd floor without elevator, so something to consider if you can’t go up stairs. Highly recommend the hotel!

Review is for the restaurant: Nice atmosphere in a quiet square with great food. We had great seafood and meat dishes with an excellent wine selection. Everything was well prepared and delicious. The service was super friendly and accommodating.

Lovely hotel in central Artà old town. Geat attention to detail and very friendly staff. Also hosts a nice restaurant, and the breakfast was really good. Our room (202), in an adjacent building (close to the main building) had a small balcony, overlooking a square. The room was nice and clean, somewhat compact (part of the charm), but not sound proof (some noise from staircase etc can be heard, which wasn't a big issue for us). No elevator so you need to use a narrow staircase. We visited end of July, and got to experience the start of a local festivity with fireworks and music. The main street with shops, restaurants etc is also close. Be aware that you cannot reach the hotel by car due to its location in Artà old town. It is however only a few minutes walk from a free parking nearby. Highly recommended!

We had the best time possible in the Forn Nuo hotel in Arta!! Beautifully designed rooms and common areas with a rooftop terasse and a small pool. Amazing view over Arta and the sea. Delicious breakfast with very friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation if you want to enjoy Mallorca outside the most touristy areas but still have walking-distance access to everything you need.

I had high expectations from their website and booking pictures but it felt disappointing. I had a suite and the bathroom was really tiny, cables out of the tv, stains on the wall. It felt basic and not a 4 star hotel. Plus the roof top swimming pool is a pond.

Beautiful hotel in the cutest little town. Spacious and well-kept rooms. The rooftop is incredible, just stunning.

Our visit did not start out perfectly, to be honest. When we were shown our room, it was clear that it was in the process of being renovated. I don't know who designed this particular room but the idea of having a transparent door to the bathroom is a very interesting one. Maybe some people have a fetish for watching their partner on the toilet, but we are not those people. Anyway, I voiced my opinion to the staff, perhaps one was an owner? The next day they moved us to a room across the street, one that looked much more like the picture of the room I thought I was booking in the first place. This room was beautiful! It came with a balcony, proper bed, was spacious, and best of all, a private bathroom! I'm giving 5 stars for the good attitude and their willingness to fix the situation. On our 3rd night we ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was very good, we were surprised to see a full patio actually. The person serving was our receptionist on the first night, and he appeared to be handling about 16 tables all by himself. I was impressed by his energy and good attitude despite working a challenging situation. I know it's hard to hire staff right now globally but hopefully they can get this young man some assistance!

The service was outstanding, Toni and the rest of the team really looked after me. The restaurant is lovely and intimate, the building has traditional charm, and the views from the roof terrace are amazing. Go to relax and feel pampered.
