This place Never gets the order right. I went once it was good. The following two times, they got the order wrong. The girl at the window did not speak, did not say one word. She handed me the food and drinks. I gave her my card she handed it back to me. Then she looked at me like I was in the way. I asked her if I needed to sign she nodded her head as if to say no. I thought that was creepy and weird. I hope they get it together, or the customer service alone will shut down that place.

Passing through so I ordered what I order at home spicy breast that comes with Biscuit. I got a thigh and Biscuit was cold and hard as a rock. You know those biscuits melt in your mouth. Cashier was friendly but didn't make up for terrible food,then I read all the bad reviews.

This place has the worst service in town. I sit at the drive-through for 10 minutes with no answer before I drove off. If you order on the app 30 minutes ahead of time when you show up, you’ll still wait another 30 minutes. I love Popeyes chicken, but I do not recommend this location

The chicken sandwich was PINK?! And the outside was VERY VERY greasy!! It was like trying to drink a vat of oil 🤢🤮. Take your money to Wendy’s or even Burger King is wayyy better. The workers were very kind, they just need to know how to make chicken a little (lot) better.

New location. 2nd worst Popeyes I’ve been to. The first in Ohio was so bad I figured it was just a money laundering franchise. Hard to hire these days, I get it, but lost kids running around trying to run a store with no competent management is not going to work. Tried twice. Orders wrong both times. Drive through confusion. Took 25 min as a walk in for an apple pie. Smearing dirty mop around the floor. Reeks of bleach. Love Popeyes when they can get it right though, which is a rarity. I recommend you order simple stuff.

Employees and managers are rude, will not help customers. I stood at the counter waiting on service for 20minutes and then the food still didn't get started right away. Nobody wears gloves, they wipe their hands on their pants, and while I was waiting on my order the young man preparing the food started picking his nose then started handling the food witout washing his hands all while the manager stood there talking to him. I will never eat at a Popeyes again.

Ordered a 4 piece combo from here and the receipt lists breast, thigh, wing, leg. Instead I got all dark meat. When I questioned it, they said they would have to cook more chicken so they just give what they have. The service personnel did help and I eventually got my order corrected but I will day it's kind of lazy to not cook chicken and just give out "what we have." It was at dinner time so it's not like people weren't coming in.

They have a lot of work to do. Never less than a 30 minute wait whenever I give this place a chance. Food quality is ok but I would suggest going somewhere else if you’re in a time crunch.
