The pool is closed. The breakfast photo showed in photos is not valid - they have closed the breakfast room. They offer coffee, orange juice, and a breakfast item in reception (packaged pastry, not healthy). We arrived late (10pm) at 9:15 pm our room (booked for 2 nights) was cancelled and resold. We did rebook (paid a higher price) and stay (in 2 different rooms) but only because we don’t know the area well and everything was very pricey. I have never had a reputable hotel cancel my reservation for late check in, and I have never written a review on Google before until now because I have never been so, so, so disappointed. Should have read the reviews. Area restaurant options are great, staff are friendly, hotel is dated. To the staff: Open your pool and pick up your breakfast game, Covid is no longer an acceptable excuse not to offer those amenities. They said my room was cancelled because they called my number and I said “wrong number”. You called the wrong number, and it cost me over $70 more than my original booking. The cancellation notice says there was no credit card hold - but you put one through within 5 minutes of me receiving an email that the reservation was canceled. I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

This is the first of the Wyndham chains that I have stayed at that actually had great customer service rooms are great location is okay but you have a lot of things in walking distance , not to mention that I just came from the Howard Johnson in Fullerton which was a horrible experience from start to end everything from service front desk to management to assistant management absolutely horrible experience. And I would have to say over the last year I stayed at maybe five different Wyndham establishments , and this is the first one that the staff was amazing , management friendly . I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Booked this hotel since it was cheap and close to Disneyland. It dropped down to the 40s while we were there and the heater didn't work. We turned the knob to the warmest setting but all I felt was lukewarm air. I either turned it to low or turned it off at night. The fridge was old but it kept our drinks cold. The room decor looked old but it didn't smell. I liked the location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There was a McDonald's across the street, Walgreens next door, a super market, dollar store, CVS, Del Taco, and other places all close by. The breakfast was just a packaged Danish or bear claw that you can buy at the Bodega for a buck or two. We just grabbed it one day and had McDonald's another day. I wish I'd spent a little more for a nice hotel that had heat and continental breakfast.

For some reason, we were given a disability accessible room. The bathroom is "extended" meaning it is like one big open shower. There was NO way to hang up any clothes and one towel rack. This meant that after you used a towel, it went on the floor where it got soaking wet. Your clothes had to be put on a toilet or outside on bed. We stayed here for 7 days, asked every day to change the room, and every day were put off. Finally just gave up.

The room was clean, it had a good bed, and a quiet location. For the rate, this is a very good value. I did unplug the mini fridge at night because it was noisy.

We stay here often and really appreciate how consistently solid they are. It's not the Ritz but it's clean, staff is friendly and helpful, pool is great and location is ideal. We will be back. They have a microwave and fridge as well as coffee maker. Breakfast is typical fare for low budget motels, made a step up. They have eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee and juice. We always enjoy our stay here.

Place is a dump! Rooms smelled bed was very uncomfortable. Place needs remodeling. Very outdated. Shower had black paint painted around very suspicious. We checked in and had no water for a couple hours then woke up at 430am to yelling and screaming and breakfast was gross they had nothing but bread,/muffins! Will never stay here again

i usually stay at this one with my girl because we're long distance and it's a good middle ground for the both of us. always super respectful staff, always super clean. we found a pair of lady's shorts in the room, but that was overlooked. great place to stay for a great price.

Nice and quiet. Great location if you need to go to LA County and Orange County it's kind of in the middle. They have a pool , near the drugstore and a car wash. The staff is very friendly and security is awesome.

The property honestly was pretty worn out, the fixtures were all dated and all the plugs were worn from constant use. I found the fact that it was physically built into a local shopping center to be bizarre and there is only 1 way in and out of the hotel despite the parking being behind the building, which I found to be very annoying the more I left my hotel room. I liked the convenience of the location and my room was clean, but I don't think I would return to this property unless they unlocked the side door and gave it a remodel.

This is a unique property. The hotel is in a retail store center. It is different, but don't let that keep you from booking a room here. The room was clean and the property is well taken care of. We had a great stay at this property.

Before I arrived, I read lots of bad reviews(Most of them i didn't face it). Check in - Check out was so fast Hot shower, Tv was working. Bed was clean but not that comfortable ( it was ok ) Walls are thin you can hear another rooms easily. There was a security guy and free parking. I didn't expect a lot of things, I can say that my experience was better than I expect.

I would definitely never stay here again. Staff were not very friendly. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Rooms need to be updated they are basically falling apart and stained. Also walls must be super thin, we woke up to noises all the time and at 8AM to someone vomiting in the room next to us, it was so loud it sounded like it was in our room, very dissatisfied

HORRIBLE! I've stayed here years ago and thought it wasn't the best place, but it was quiet and out of the way. Almost my little hideout. Now this place is the absolute worst! The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Hair and a spider in the shower.. hair on the bathroom floor.. they give you a sheet like comforter. The toilet was DISGUSTING. THE PAINT WAS COMING OFF THE TOILET! No room service to clean in you aren't there for over 3 days..The floors in the hallway are so damaged..paint coming off walls. The continental breakfast used to be so much better. It was even in its own room. Now it's been limited to Svenhard pastries..an apple and coffee on a table in the front. Even trying to check out..I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I even called on my phone. No one answered. I had to track down someone.. he told me he was making coffee and to just leave my key card. No empathy.. no apologies. His name was Michael. This place has gone downhill for sure

The location is really nice you have a lot of options at night especially Fridays close to the flea market as well food. The cafes around are amazing. Just be aware of bed bugs

Not sure why there are bad reviews this hotel was excellent! I travel and have been for 10 years constant , this is by FAR the best days inn I have ever been to ! No complaints...maybe a prissy picky princess would complain but it was way above average for someone who stays at average hotels every week

Looked nicer online and they no longer serve a free continental breakfast which on their website they say they do. I don't like being deceived. I am only giving a 2 star and not a 1 star because the guy at the desk was nice and gave me a discount on my room for the inconvenience.

Okay place to stay. No parking when we arrived. Room was fine but kids were bummed the pool/spa was closed. Not very quiet in the mornings as the cleaning carts rolling in the cement hallways wakes everyone up. Sleep with white noise.

I paid my 3 days supposedly stay at this hotel. However, when they showed me my room it was so horrible, it stinks and I cannot take the bad smell. I requested for a transfer to a different room but they told me that I have entered the first room already and I cannot be transferred anymore. I backed out and they charged me for one night stay. This hotel is taking advantage of the customers. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG ENDURANCE FOR BAD SMELL.

Booked a room at another Days inn, and wanted early check in. So we came here and the gentleman checked us in, when we got to our room we realized the toilet started to bubble, than the shower started to fill up. Went and told the front and they immediately put us in a different room in the back.. Beds are super comfy, only thing is it's kinda hard to find. It's in a business parking lot.

Was a little too loud for our liking as we want a good night of rest. Walls are thin and we had an adjoining room and if you’re on the main floor you hear all the footsteps in the room above and the hall I think. Breakfast is not much so we just went to McDonald’s as the coffee was all we wanted and it was cold. I assume they stock it fresh at 6 ish and we got there at 8 so you snooze you loose. We asked about changing rooms but we’re told the place was full. Our lesson learned we won’t book here again.

I understand budget motels but dam. Look somewhere else absolutely disgusting. Non smoking room had cigarette trash in my night stand, shower head is disgusting shoots everywhere and does not come off, ac didn’t work when I turned it on, shower had other people’s hair, nothing seemed wiped down, parking is so awkward, entire layout makes no sense. Never again.

I am usually not sensitive and can accept lowest quality of hotels, but this one I was surprised at its rating. It felt that they manipulate it. I would stay here again but would expect to pay half and expect a 2.9 or lower average rating. It is rather old, worn down, smelly and noisy. If any of those bother you there are better places. Front desk is nice and friendly though.

We had a bad experience with our previous hotel so we wanted a different one and Days inn happened to have vacancy we got there right away and the young man at the front desk was very nice we were quickly checked in and went to our room. The room we got was the jacuzzi room and it was clean. The only thing I could say is that the bed was hard and the TV remote didn’t work but it was decent especially for our short stay.

The photos of the rooms on the website, outdated, run down & smelled like cigarettes, so I called front desk, they sent a security guard with a can of fall scented air spray, which didn’t work. When we went to try to sleep, doors kept slamming shut till close to midnight. When I complained, front desk said “oh, those doors were supposed to be locked at 7:00 pm”. Hope your not too hungry for the so called “ breakfast”.

I stayed here for one night. We were 2 families together in two rooms. We both got a call at 5AM on room's phone about my rooms bill not paid by my card and they need full credit card information on phone. I told her that i will come down to reception and give it to you but i found there was no one called and they do not even aware about that call. This motel is a scam because how that caller knows my name with my room number.

The front desk clerk Sam was eager to charge extra for being 20 minutes early. This place will scam you. They have zero concern for your well-being or safety. Check YOUR BANK STATEMENT.
