The worst gp practice I've ever experienced, I would listen all the things wrong with them from the staff to the doctors but it'd take too long, they have no care to actually help people, it's just a job for them, no Empathy, no morals, rude arrogant doctors and staff, ridiculous waiting times for appointments and even waiting for triage to call back takes 6 hours, mis diagnosises, refusing certain treatments and no care to improve. Be warned.

I have never had a good service since i moved to Littlehampton over 10 years ago. It's almost like patients are an inconvenience. it's so hard to comprehend. Am now having to pay for private apps as required, and the difference is shocking, but I shouldn't have to pay because the NHS can not provide a quality service.

Lovely staff usually! As I'm part of the furniture there unfortunately, however as of recently, very unhelpful and certainly not getting back to patient's needs and/or enquiries. Was also just hung up on, when explaining my needs. Stating it's being delt with!...Used to be 5* also 1st time ever leaving a review! So that says it all really...

Since joining the practice recently I have spoken with three different receptionists. Each one was very helpful, polite and reassuring. They kept their promises to ring me back. I can't vouch for the doctors yet( that's why it's only a 4*) but I certainly cannot fault the really nice ladies that I've met at reception.

Wow! After phoning for an appointment as I am in pain & have been for a few days now, I am told "someone will call you back". "Someone" did call back telling me I will recieve a phone appointment from a Doctor at 5pm. This is not suitable for me as I will be picking up my children. At best, the phone operator could be described as sulky. I was told that was all the help I would get, take it or leave it!!! I had to argue the point that I will actually be in a no phone signal zone at that time and cannot NOT pick up my children!!! To which I was made to feel unreasonable and a complete inconvenience. This surgery used to be excellent. Sadly, it has gone from bad to worse in recent years, to the point people avoid trying to get the help they need AND ARE ENTITLED TO more to the point. I have paid my N.I. all my life and am entitled to medical assistance - contrary to the attitude displayed by these phone operators. I am now no nearer to seeing a Doctor than I was 2 weeks ago when I called and never received any call back. (I am currently waiting on a biopsy operation- they know I am ill!)

Terrible manners from the reception staff. So rude. They just sound fed up when you ask questions. I know they are busy but when it comes to a child's health, being rude is unacceptable.

Went to the Park Surgery first time for a while. plenty of room in waiting room Hardly sat down and I was called. Saw Dr Milmane …what a lovely man .., he listens , understands, there was no rush . Great Doctor Couldn’t fault him. I was the only patient in waiting room so don’t know where all these queues for appointments are. Satisfied customer

We were disappointed with the quality of appointments we used to receive, felt a burden and that the doctors weren’t interested (not that we went that often!), but the last couple of visits have been completely different! Everyone we have seen has been amazing, so understanding, interested and proactive! Such a turnaround, keep it up!
