Overall very disappointing. Ordered the masala and a greek salad and couldn’t even believe these were each a $16+ entree. The chicken with the masala was extremely scarce, dry and hard. The “masala” was a tiny sauce on the side. The salad was also small and disappointing. I was excited for a place near my house that I could grab healthy food but won’t be returning for meals. On the other hand the coffee is good and the staff are very nice.

Hip and chic find, the space is super comfy and trendy, with healthy, delicious, organic food. Loved the Reishi coffee cake, matcha almond milk latte, and the eggs and greens dosa. Great space to hang, work and collaborate.

With an unassuming street presence, Nurture is a unique find among Denver plant-based and healthy restaurants. I was completely impressed by the healthy, locally oriented and significantly plant-based menu which pays attention to whole, unprocessed foods and sustainable practices. I treated myself to the forbidden kimchi. The dish had a bold and colorful taste profile. Added avocado for a plant-based boost. 8/10 (See Photo) i’m looking forward to trying many more options and visiting for a happy hour soon. Everyone I met was helpful, positive and engaged. The space was bustling with diners and soft-spoken workers alike. The space is relaxed and community oriented with no less than 60 tenants in the building at large. Nurture and its parent organization provide events you will want to check out. I’ve spent well over 20 years in Denver, and the food scene continues to move toward more and more healthy “pro human” options. I’m very happy to have found nurture, and I’m looking forward to events and visits throughout the year.

This place has a 10/10 atmosphere for plugging or working remotely. It's super spacious, with super comfy seats, outlets everywhere, and (4-hr limited) Wi-Fi that helps keep things lightning fast. Admittedly, I wasn't super excited about the cafe menu at first, but there's some good, wholesome, allergen friendly options that jumped out at me. The blue pearl smoothie was pretty good, mild in flavors, but smooth and enjoyable. The chicken dosa was excellent and far exceeded my expectations -- tender chicken with a good grill flavor, surrounded by so many refreshing components and a delicious sauce. The portion was large too. The avocado toast is very tasty and their sourdough is lovable. There's plenty of coffee and GF pastries with no refined sugar too. I'd be more than happy to come back here to try more of the menu and plug in.

Looking for a brunch spot that had amazing food and very few crowds? This is the place! Outdoor seating with shade, plenty of easy parking... Definitely our go-to for brunch now! Vegetarian and vegan options, beautiful and cozy ambience, great service.

I took my friend here for her bday lunch..so we both got CBD drinks, a charcoal detox shot, kale salads and split the broccolini soup—why did we share soup?? That was awkward. The tab was $85 or so. 😂 But! we are both Boulder transplants so we were used to those prices for hippie deluxe food. The salads were actually SO SO so good and not skimpy at all on the ingredients..shiitakes in every bite 👌🏼. The soup was kinda meh—but I believe it was a daily special. My only complaint is that it seems to have turned into a co-working space..people seemed camped out to the max and it was actually hard to find a seat and this place is huge..like small warehouse big. It was obvious that this was also annoying to the staff. We joked that the bartender’s response to someone asking for water ( presumably the 100th person of the day ) wasn’t very “nurturing.” 😂 All in all, it’s a beautiful space. The 1st floor is dedicated to the restaurant, some cutie little pop-up shops, a fitness studio, while the 2nd floor is full of hip natural health practitioners and a super cute low-tox salon with all the trendy (in a good way) natural hair products. I’m a hairstylist and I was vibing their set up. 🫶🏼 I’ll be back. I’m a sucker for the obscenely beautiful and obscenely expensive health food lifestyle thing. Just beware the parking. I had to do a 20 point turn to back out of their full front parking lot, onto busy Federal. Ick. Park in back or on side streets, unless you’re some kind of wizard.

I used to love coming here to work but they recently changed their policy regarding working from the cafe. You now only have 90 minutes to work after making a purchase. They said I could re-up my wifi access after 90minutes by making another >$5 purchase but they didn’t tell me this until after I’d spent over $20 on breakfast and a coffee… I wish they would have been more upfront about the policy change. It cost me about $30 to work for three hours so unfortunately I do not plan on returning.

This place is fantastic! I've eaten lunch here for the past 4 days in a row and I realized today that I've been feeling better and not having that late afternoon slump. I think it's because their food is clean, locally sourced and organic. Not to mention delicious! I haven't had a meal I didn't absolutely love and neither have any of the people I've brought there. I know I don't need to worry about my dietary restrictions and can eat almost everything on their menu - such a relief. Raoul and his team never disappoint to make delicious food and Ashley’s team of service professionals are great at making you feel welcome. My soul is fed with the beauty of the space as well as the great food.

This was our first time visiting Nest at Nurture. We really enjoyed the staff and atmosphere. Also, they have great wifi speed! The seating options were great! Both comfy and uncomfy choices but several comfy spots! We got the Hazelnut Gee latte which was okay. The latte itself was lukewarm so you had to enjoy it quickly before it got cold. It also didn't have a strong coffee or hazelnut flavor. It was simply a slightly flavored milk. I am not sure we will return for the coffee however we would come back to try something different as we loved the atmosphere and staff! Keep in mind if you do come here to work you only receive an hour and half of wifi with a purchase but check out their membership packages for different wifi and health/wellness options.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nest! It is my favorite place to spend the day, whether for coffee in the morning with a friend or a working lunch. The food is delicious, the vibe is always great, and the space is simply beautiful. Plus, their new happy hour is a fun new way to experience the space. If you haven't been, get yourself there ASAP!

Great coffee, atmosphere, and snacks. It's very family friendly, and my daughter loves getting a cookie and hanging on their big chairs.

Went in for brunch. I had the bison hash, great flavors, perfect potatoes and poblano peppers, good sized portion in a small skillet. The organic juice (we tried the ruby) was best in class. And the cortado was as good as my go to cafe. Well done Nurture.
