An authentic festival of well-balanced Latin flavors in each of its dishes, very special attention. Definitely we have to conduct back again.

Fantastic!!! The food was delicious, a wonderful tour in Argentinean style food, everything was well balanced and great textures and flavors. We enjoyed the atmosphere, Chef Oscar and his wife Norma came to our table to make sure we were having a good service. I will recommend the Anchuras Platter. They had a perfect balance on it. This was a fantastic experience that everyone should try when visiting Denver.

This place is our GO TO, whenever we go to Freedom. The people is super nice and the food is amazing. The flavors are unique. I cannot recommend it enough.

Gaucho's is my favorite restaurant in the area. The food is fantastic and the steaks are amazing. All wood fired and made from scratch right. There isn't anything on the menu that isn't fantastic. The staff are extraordinarily kind and they put a lot of love into what they do. Couldn't give it a better recommendation.

Gaucho Parrilla always amazes us with everything from awesome ceviche, wood-fired BBQ, sweet creations and weekend brunch. We have gotten to know Oscar, Norma and family and their passion for food and service! An amazing addition to our favorite Freedom Street Social!

Oscar Padilla is the winner of the TV show “Chopped” He won as the fire-grilling master. You will have a first class taste food prepared specially for you at a affordable pricing. In addition to this experience you will have the opportunity to meet Oscar and, why not, have a picture with a star chef who is a down to earth smiling food artist I personally recommend the Bison burger
