Very very bad.. Resort.. Worst resort I'll ever seen.. Behaviour of staffs is very bad... Food is not good and costly...

Worst resort i have ever seen.. Dont go there.. Very waste place..

Location is good. U won't get a stay like this nearby the spot. And they are utilizing that to impose their rules. They'll close the door @ 10pm Can't take food from outside Only one room have AC i guess. There was no power supply during our stay. They had to run on generator. And they were stopping that too in the middle of the night. We have to ask them to start again. If not, forget it! Room was neat and well maintained.

Excellent location and service. Courteous owner and staff. One advise to management, it is better to keep a menu card at the restaurant. So that visitors don't get a surprise when they pay finally.

Before check in please confirm the price of food and room or else they will blindly charge u. Straight forwardness is not at all there.

Our weekend was Wonderful. We were impressed by the resort's dedication to a friendly approach. Their eco-friendly initiatives, like waste reduction and energy conservation, added to the overall positive experience.

One of the coolest stay i have ever experienced near by Thenmala & Punalur area. Nice ambience and very friendly staff. Homely atmosphere with nice view from the balcony. Nature friendly place beside to a stream.

Ater checking the reviews we booked for a 1 night stay at this so called resort.  Those who have given more than 1 star rating are all paid reviews as it cannot be  compared even to a lodge.  Rooms are dirty and clumpsy with ZERO facilities.not even TV. The only lavishness is a slowly running fan. The pantry is like a public toilet. If you would like to have something you have to order 4hrs prior. So that staffs will get enough time to get something from another restaurant. The staff behavior  is like they are offering us a free shelter.  The stay in such a worst lodge is unforgettable.... Never prefer this low grade lodge following the paid ratings.

The accommodation offered a modest and homely stay, evoking the comfort of a private residence. Notably, both the rooms and bathrooms were maintained to a commendable standard of cleanliness. Situated within the tranquil Palaruvi forest, albeit marginally distant from the originally indicated location, it can be more accurately described as nestled on the outskirts of a plantation. While the dining services are positioned as 4-star quality, it's worth noting that the pricing might be perceived as being on the higher side 😄. Nevertheless, despite this, our overall stay proved to be highly satisfactory, leaving us thoroughly content with the entire experience.

Myself and a team stayed there last day. We enjoyed a lot. The hospitality, food and ambience were excellent.

My favourite Place

i had stayed this april for a few days . And was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of nature that this place provides . It is no frill place but tucked away in deep forests of kerala where time stands still. Just sitting and hearing the water flow down the stream has been so relaxing something which city goers hardly ever experience. the service was on the spot and the guests overall were being looked after very well. Would highly recommend this place for travel goers who want to avoid the run of the mill resorts that spring all over the place....

Very good location. Very nice hospitality. Good people. The water stream flowing adjacent to the building is of great attraction. Note: It is not a resort kind of stay. Highly recommended place for bachelors and it is an alternative option for partiers.

It was a nice experience in Madhuvanam resorts at Palaruvi. Very calm and quiet area with good hospitality and room service. Excellent place to stay with family and friends.

We were looking for a quiet weekend/short trip away from the hot plains in the Trivandrum/Kollam area and found this place. We enjoyed our three days, waking upto the misty mornings by the back yard stream and bird calls. We had excellent service during our stay from Mr. Samuel who gave us excellent tips about local sightseeing and places of interest.

Staffs are very co operative and helpful in doing all arrangements Food was really nice as well

Probably the most underrated place near courtrallam. This place is a quaint hotel within the forest limits and offer access to the stream that flows behind the room

It was a nice experience in the resort. We can enjoy the beauty of nature, there was a beautiful stream beside the resort, its really a nice place to stay. Good supporting staffs and neat and clean room with AC, WiFi and TV. Its a hidden treasure very near to Palaruvi waterfalls.

Below expectation from the property... There was no hot water.. there was no food serviced in the property and we dint know this till we arrived... rooms were average.... Not value for money.. The only good thing was the stream flowing next to the property... It was beautiful waking up to the sound of running water

Palaruvi nearest resorts. Rooms are neatly keeping. Price onwards 2500. Don't expect swimming pool and resort activities.

Staying at Madhuvanam, truly gives us feel of the staying with nature itself. The children swimming pool and artificial waterfalls is the most joyful hangout for kids. The sound of the water brook from Palaruvi waterfalls , that traverses through the backyard of the resort is a true melody to hear, . The hygienic food served with hospitality deserves a real wowww. Totally the experience had while staying at Madhuravanam is just amazingly awesome.

We had a wonderful experience. We were a women only group of team SIP Abacus Vellayambalam centre, Trivandrum. We were touched by the hospitality of the manager and staff. Clean simple rooms and restaurant, delicious homely food served with great care. Ambience was very safe and secured . Manager himself arranged sightseeing trips and accompanied us. We thank the management for making our trip a memorable one. Highly recommended.
