It was much better than I expected. The desserts must be sprinkled with crack because I just craved for more and more. The food was flavorful, savory, and succulent. The waitress did an excellent job. The decor was unique and incredible. They got a new customer for life!

One of the best restaurants in the city of Sulaymaniyah, so clean and many many things to chose , and so testy, I like it so much and it’s really good , I recommend it to all the visitors, Well done :) :) :)

well, they have alcoholic drinks without mentioning it in the menu, some people are not visiting rests. like this, so you'd better have not to hide it.

I’m confident the food here poisoned me not just me all of us . It’s the only food I ate in the last 24 hours that I did not eat in the proceeding days. I would leave zero stars if I could ,Hostess stand was rude.. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic.

Atmosphere was quite nice and the food was decent. However, I’m giving it one star because they are very sneaky. They prey on people that drink. They will add in items to your receipt and artificially raise your total price hoping you won’t notice. They also criminally convert $100 to Iraqi dinars 10,000 IQD less than it’s worth. $100 was about 160,000 IQD, but they converted it at 150,000 IQD. Definitely will not be going again.

The place is fancy and relaxing, however, the food is not worth it, it is appealing but mostly undercooked.

It's a nice place in our beautiful Suli city. But what made me write the review is that I got a wrong food dish than what I asked. I told them and said that there is an ingredient I can't even eat! All they could offer was to remove that ingredient, and didn't replace it. Few days ago, I ordered food by delivery, and something similar happened, that restaurant ( I will not mention the name so that it doesn't appear as an advertisement) insisted on sending me another delivery for free, because it was their own mistake. While in the Emerald I was sitting there and didn't bother to correct the mistake. The atmosphere is the best asset in the Emerald.

I was in the mood of trying new places , so someone suggested Emerald resturant , you can use Ramada hotel parking security guy was nice but he wanted me to open the car’s back storage which was weird , the atmosphere is nice and classy , the food was good , prices same as other restaurants in this category, but i end up with overcharged bill I think they added service ( didn’t have my glasses on , my bad 😁) any way if you don’t like Nergala like me don’t go there

Brilliant and professional service. Quality food. DO try the lamb. You will not regret it. It is definitely worth the price.

Best dining experience in Suli. The food is top quality in comparison to the rest of restaurants in Suli,m. This place has a lovely ambience, they have done a great job decorating the place adding a unique vibe to it. I highly recommend this place. Prices are higher than average in the city but totally worth it!

Unfortunately bad experience, We have ordered two meet pottery and after one hour the waiter brings just one, I told him we order 2 , then he said the order just 1 . I asked him to add the second one and I asked about the time of preparation, the waiter said it will take 2 -3 minutes, why the first one take one hour? No answer. By the way the time was 2pm and there was no load in the restaurant. Please improve your service.

Nice quiet place, not too expensive and the food is ok.

A luxury restaurant that has good foods, but it was humiliating for me to have dinner in there at ramadan. It was crowded and i had to stay in line , a very long line so i can have some food from the open buffet. I did not enjoy and will not go there never ever. I was in other open buffet restaurants before, but this one was a disgusting experience. Any way it has a nice decoration but noisy environment and very polite staff. The other good thing is that it has a dedicated parking so you dont face any problem to park your car.
