I’ve literally traveled the world and I’ve had the worst experience in my life. No sense of privacy whatsoever my wife was sleeping in bed and a man walked in during our sleep woke us up and asked if we were checking out. The rooms also smell horrible.

This hotel lies in the middle between 4 and 5 starts. Good space with wonderful customer service, I booked through Booking.com which was cheaper than their announced price. The rooms are big with wonderful utensils like body weight scale, wooden comp , etc. however, you have to ask for the iron and ironing board and for prayer mat. They lack smart TV which was rather disappointing, they tried to replace it with a cheap device. And the internet is rather slow (my wife didn’t complain from this). The gym is awesome, new devices with basically what ever you need to do a workout. There is warmed towels and water bottles every where. The pool is amazing and they control the temperature with sauna and jacuzzi. They offer massage services for those who wants it. They have 2 Resturant. Newroz which offers their breakfast which is an open buffet and has a good selection of food served with either American coffee or tea. And the other is a pub called the Dubliner, that is rather a bar and close s at 2 A.M. Free car parking is available.

The bed was not comfortable, and also the service quality especially the Irish bar and restaurant, we were a group of 9 booked in the restaurant and they kicked us out after 12:30 because the restaurant got closed at 12:00.

The experience I had during my stay on November 13th was poor and way below my expectations. It was my first stay in an international hotel chain in Iraq after almost 30 years. The room rate was unreasonably high and room location and view was poor. The breakfast quality and restaurant's service staff were extremely poor, not to mention that the price was extremely high compared to even major cities in Europe. I strongly encourage the hotel management to seriously consider improving the guests experience and learn from others experience in customers’ service. They need to train their staff to properly serve the hotel guest if they want to improve their business and compete with others. In summary the hotel rates and quality of service does not worth the money spent, and I do not recommend this hotel for people seeking stay in Sulaymaniyah.

Wouldn’t give it five stars, bad service Room service is 24 hours but they don’t answer the phone after 12 am When we told them no one told us and it says 24 hours, they apologized but it was too late restaurants were closed for delivery. We stayed at their other location Copthorne hotel baranan it was a much better experience and I highly recommend it.

Good place if you are in town to visit Faruk hospital as they are connected

Once again another wonderful Hotel in Sulaimaniya Iraq. Great location in the city, wonderful friendly staff and delightful food. I was upgraded without request and had a very large room to myself. The room is very clean, comfortable bed and a wall TV that rotates whether you are sitting or lying in bed. It has an Irish bar attached to the hotel that is warm and inviting with great staff one again. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The rooms are very nice and clean - services are good, staff are very polite. The bistro restaurant food is slightly lacking, however still enjoyable. This hotel is the nicest amongst the premium hotels in Sulaymaniyah

The rooms were clean but old a disturbing noise come out of the toilets of all the rooms although the maintenance team did their best to fix this issue , the hotel is very quiet ,perfect for relaxation, the spa was really perfect and the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful. In my opinion ,They need to renovate the rooms as soon as possible to attract more visitors.

A first class large hotel in very good condition with high security standards. The rooms are absolute top standard, clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. In front of the hotel is a large parking lot with entry control. There is a nice pub on the first floor. Depending on when and how the room is booked, you can stay here very inexpensively with the greatest comfort.

Very respectful staff and friendly, you can have a Turkish bath here, Dilicious breakfast with a good price ,also have a good Irish bar here don't waste your time and go now.

The hotel was amazingly clean, the breakfast was delicious and the chef was amazing, the rooms and bathrooms were so clean and luxurious, it has amazing facilities like the Irish bar, the spa, the gym, and a basketball court. However there are a lot of drawbacks, the wifi was so far away from my room and the internet was really slow, the plug sockets were type G which doesn't fit my laptop and phone charger, I called the room service like 4 times and asked them for an adapter and they said okay but they brought me a broken one. The housekeeping was really bad they don't bring enough water, they didn't clean the room daily even when I pressed the housekeeping notification button and called the room service. I mean overall it's a good hotel but it's very very expensive and the services aren't that good compared to it's price, I really expected more for the amount of money I spent there.
