The staff vibes were totally off. Like, disrespectful much, And don't even get me started on the security situation. It's like they're trying way too hard with all that extra security stuff. Every time you come or go, the front desk crew gives you the stink eye, like you're some kind of master criminal. The only cool thing about this place is that it's close to the Bazar for Travelers. So, if you're all about that market life, it's a plus. But honestly, I'd legit rather crash on the sidewalk than deal with the rude front desk and staff here. It's a hard pass from me on this hotel, no cap.

In Sulaymaniyah, it is the best hotel to stay, especially for travelers. The price is really good for a 4 stars hotel, location is in the middle of Sulaymaniyah bazaar, the staff deserve all good praise: very professional, helpful and friendly. As a tour company, I always bring my touristic groups to this hotel for staying. As for the rooms, they are simple, there is everything you need, even toothbrush and paste is provided in the rooms. I am happy to see such a professional business lunchs in Kurdistan, thank you Khan Saray.

The rooms were simple and sufficient, but the cleaning service didn't come to the room daily. The location is great, right in the middle of the market so it's great for shopping and getting gifts. It's also quiet inside but I noticed that it'd sometimes transfer smells. I'd still recommend this hotel if you're on a budget and need a place to stay for some time.

Located in the bazaar area with direct access from underground parking, Free water, spacious rooms, acceptable prices. However, the room was dirty, worn and looked into a courtyard. Pretty noisy, too. And the packaged breakfast was a joke. All this diminished the happiness about my upgrade, even more so as they could not find my booking and it took two hours to get into the room. Would not go there again.

I wouldn’t stay here anymore. The rooms were dirty, they were doing constructing I’m the room next door to me til 3 am in the morning so I couldn’t sleep. They weren’t very professional in the sense of that they charged me more than what the price was. They didn’t make the bed nor clean them in the many days I stayed there. They took advantage of the fact that I was a tourist and didn’t know much about the area. And even tho it is Kurdistan and a Kurdish city sadly they only spoke Arabic which is the worst shame of it all. There were young boys surrounding the entrances constantly hackling and saying inappropriate things which I don’t wish to even repeat. Too price for a trash motel.

Really nice hotel! Rooms have internal views of the mall. Nice concept and great price.

Location is perfect, in the mid of the old souks, the hotel is located in a shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the beds are clean and comfy. Bathroom is a bit small, but has clean and wrapped towels with the necessary amenities. The internet connection is not that fast, and you have to reconnect your devices ever now and then. Main disadvantage is the electricity, it shut downs for almost a minute every 1 - 2 hours and the AC never turn on automatically which awaked me from sleep feeling very hot until I figured what is wrong. Breakfast is rather poor, they have prepared meal boxes that contains one piece of bread, boiled egg, 10 grams of butter and labneh, one piece of creamy cheese and jam with tea near by.

Many details are well thought out, but the elegance in areas such as the foyer, lounge and corridor is not reflected in the rooms. The shower area in the room is absurdly small, you cannot even move. Internet connection is good, bed comfort is satisfactory.

It is a 4 stars hotel but I would rate it 5 stars from my experience with them, excellent location in the centre of sulymania 10 minutes to family mall (carrfour) & city centre shopping mall, excellent clean rooms & bathrooms with everyday free cleaning service, the hotel designed horizontally which gives the customers a nice space to walk & sit outside their rooms which also gives the hotel and spaces a quite relaxing environment . The booking comes with free open buffet breakfast of excellent quality & taste. The reception are friendly, polit & cooparative. All the goods in one hotel.
