Excellent treatment and very friendly staff, a male nurse called kasdarr is beyond good after three months of the surgery called and asked about the healing process. And I don’t forget Dr. Behnam a calm and helpful doctor. I strongly recommended this hospital.

Good medical service with good prices , high quality medications and laboratory devices , nice and talented medical staff , very clean and well designed hospital , clean toilets ,there is a mosque and a cafeteria in the first floor, but sometimes the cafeteria is crawded ,and there are not enough elevators.

Uncomfortable, wait very very long time for elevator and some elevators doesn't allow you to reach all floors it take you to specific floors only, and it's very hot while you're waiting and not enough chairs to rest, I was standing for 3 hours very bad experience

A well-organized facility, very clean and the staff are very much kind and helpful. It is a bit overcrowded since many people are making use of the services.

I can't recommend Smart Health Tower enough. The care that you recieve from beginning till well after your procedure is amazing. The hospital was amazing with the best care I've ever had. The Dr's are highly skilled and personable.

The worst building ever. It has four lifts with four people capacity. Most of the people are using stairs. There is a cafeteria at the first floor but one of the workers was so rude even though the food was OK. This building is not suitable for the hospital at all. This is high rise building its not safe to have a flat slab system especially in case earthquake happen.

BIG WASTE OF TIME. Maybe it's okay if you're Iraqi. If you're a foreigner, you'll wait over 2 hours to watch some caveman who calls himself a doctor chest-beat about how his country's medical system is the best in the world.
