The service is not on demand, some staff are friendly, some receptionists use their duty time to work on personal things, they don't answer customers properly. *Very expensive. * the service is not good. *This hospital is ran by nurses not main doctors. *The food is disgusting they don't take patients condition into consideration, the food is not served on time. * the only service, cleaning is the only service which is satisfactory.

The hospital it’s good with nice staff and doctors all helpful just I noticed some things in emergency the don’t have sonar after 12 midnight it’s Made me feel disappointed hope the will make all services available at emergency

Outstanding experience throughout the entire process of my visit at high Hospital(Anwar)From the greeting at the reception and the kind attention when admitted to Ward,was all amazing.A particular mention and massive appreciation to Doctor Dler shams Alden Hamid and his team,with excellence and his care and professionalism filled me with calming confidence.Also a kind mention to Doctor siver and all the others who looked after me with loving and comforting kindness throughout. its a pretty good hospital and their doctors are really smart,the have the newest medical equipments, but its kinda expensive compared to the other hospitals, but its surely because of their high quality stuff.
