Give Lucas Bonnett a raise he is a very well presented young man. He serves the finest chips and popcorn chicken in all the lands. The mountain dew he bestowed upon me was a delight. His customer service was so amazing that he made me feel like he was part of my family. Not to mention he makes the most worth while conversations with his exquisite and most interesting fun facts. 10/10, will come again.

STAY AWAY! Ordered a Zinger Box with Large chips, received a small chips which was not even full. All food items including chips were stale and cold. This is a new store, maybe these operators have no idea how to provide good quality food? Will be ordering from a different branch from now on. Terrible 1 out of 5 stars.

This store is the best KFC in Australia! We travel right past our local store for about 20 minutes to Ascot because the Ascot team are on point every time. The food is always hot and fresh no matter the time of day the service is friendly and prompt. The dinning room and bathrooms are always clean and tidy. Thanks team!

Unfortunately, after being away for 2 months, I came home and didn't feel like cooking one night. I was so looking forward to this KFC, as previously, it was the bomb. I got chicken so dry inside and out. It was hard to believe it had been fried. For every bite, I had to have a drink to swallow. The coleslaw was onion hot and vinegary, too. Looks like no more KFC unless I feel like choking.

Great food very clean was served by a very polite staff member who was happy and attentative.Her name I think was Indi. I noticed she was always out cleaning tables & wiping the counter in the brief times when there were no customers. Very impressed with this work ethic & friendly service . The food was fresh. Great place.

Ordered 3 pieces box and 10 wings dirve through.. ONLY got 1 piece of chicken instead of 3 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The worst KFC I have ever had. Chicken was dry, chips were burnt and the overall experience of this store was well below average. The sour faced kid at the counter probably should make tik tok videos about how depressed he is, he might might get more likes than any reviews on this store. Will never visit Ascot KFC again. 5 stars for being a poohole of a store. Big thumbs down!!!

Drive thru Order -Christmas in July Feast $49.95 only to find it was missing the 10 nuggets and popcorn chicken . Rang to complain & was emailed a voucher for another complete Christmas in July free of charge. Instore Takeaway- After a lot of explaining how voucher was because last order had been missing nuggets and popcorn chicken and 3 different team members managed to Use Voucher and Ordered drinks, tenders and a chocolate mousse. Took forever for them to finish packing Ordered and I should have checked because got home to find no chocolate mousse and yet again no nuggets. Called yet again and was asked for an address missing items could be delivered to and not surprisingly it was never delivered

Amazing amazing food, perfectly prepared, nothing missing. Presentation was amazing, it looked like it was gift wrapped! It was really busy too so it’s very impressive. I love the photo wall with all of their team memories. I think management should give them all a pat on the back for their work on Tuesday Evening 21st of November

What a waste of $50. While waiting for our food. Watched the cashier empty an over flowing bin then start getting food ready without washing his hands. Was looking forward to treat and instead got a rude employee, dry chicken that I couldn’t finish. Didn’t have the strips so without telling me, changed them to spicy pieces. Didn’t get the lge P+G or sauce that I order so went up and politely asked to be greeted by a rude “we don’t have any” and to then throw the sauce over the counter to me. Stay clear of this place. Not worth the time or the money.

Saw the review before visiting. Indeed it is better than my local KFC store. Keep it up team at KFC Ascot. Don't let good service and good fried chicken disappear.

Went to the KFC when the person in drive through seemed to be rough my mum was having trouble understanding her order and didn’t here right she repeated an item she didn’t know was already put and the response she got wasn’t friendly got to the window she was unfamiliar with using PAY ID correct she messed up the first time then I said let help u and I did it and the person had a bit of a rude response back but the food I received was hot and fresh and delicious that was my only issue
