This
complex
is
outdated,
and
required
unlocking
three
dodgy
doors
to
get
into
the
room,
which
just
did
not
seem
appropriate.
Our
bathroom
light
only
worked
when
it
wanted
to,
our
room
smelt
really
bad
and
needed
to
be
aired
out,
the
aircon
didn’t
work,
and
the
walls
were
extremely
light…
meaning
that
roadworks
on
the
highway
didn’t
allow
sleep
until
3am.
We
complained
about
this
and
asked
to
be
upgraded
to
a
room
away
from
the
roadworks,
and
was
moved
to
a
bigger
room
with
now
a
toilet
lose
from
the
floor,
the
tv
had
no
signal,
the
shower
rail
fell
on
our
feet,
the
dishwasher
reeked
of
old
water,
we
came
out
with
an
itchy
rash
each
morning
after
sleeping,
and
someone
else’s
used
sock
was
left
in
our
bathroom.
The
food
at
the
breakfast
bar
was
also
stale.
It
was
difficult
for
us
to
find
positive
points.
The
walls
were
still
also
the
biggest
problem,
with
us
barely
getting
an
hour
of
peace
and
quiet
before
hearing
constant
music
echoing
from
the
pool
area,
loud
neighbours,
and
on
our
occasion
a
couple
screaming,
banging
and
throwing
things
all
night
between
11pm
and
5am.
there
were
no
employees
working
night
shift
and
overall
we
just
did
not
feel
stable
here.
to
have
so
many
people
staying
so
close
to
eachother,
and
on
a
main
highway
with
roadworks,
soundproofing
needs
to
be
implemented
or
else
customer
experience
is
not
being
cared
for.
this
hotel
should
be
advertised
as
budget,
not
modern,
and
this
detail
needs
to
be
changed.
we’ve
stayed
at
much
nicer
hotels
at
similar
price
points,
and
don’t
believe
customer
experience
is
completely
prioritised
here,
as
many
corners
have
been
cut.
the
reviews
did
not
live
up
to
what
they
tell.
we
were
very
disappointed
and
did
not
feel
at
ease
at
this
accomodation,
to
the
point
that
we
checked
out
of
our
non-refundable
booking
early.
