Arrived after hours and needed to call to retrieve keys. Irritating, but necessary security required. Great location. Bedroom light switch was dodgy and there was no globe in the bedside lamp. Bed was comfy with little noise from outside. Great location and convenient to the airport. Have stayed previously and will stay again in the future

It needs a refit. Outside is great, inside its dated. Bed was a small queen, so noisy as well. While it's just up the road from the airport, it's not a place for a restful.sleep.

Over all the room suited our purpose. It is minimalist in no extra towels or pillows, only one hand towel and no tissues.Given the severe summer temperatures cold water in the fridge would have been nice. There was an empty jug. Situated right on the highway but little to no traffic noise could be heard. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a fast food outlet.

Easier to navigate from the Airport than expected. Rooms had everything needed, including all toiletries. Even though it's on a busy road the double glazing was really effective. Pool looked great - should have bought my bathers! We booked on thwir website and staff accommodated our need for a ground floor room and twin beds.

awesome staff. I did my 14 day quarantine here and they were very respectful of my privacy. Also, they catered to all my needs regarding food and beverage without an itch. will recommend this place for sure if you're in Perth and need a place close to the airport.

I have not personally stayed here but booked in three business partners for two weeks. My guests were comfortable and very happy with the accommodation. There had been a hick up in the reservation and the staff have gone out of their way to make it all work for us. Special Thanks to Guarav Raheja and Dhila Moktar for their unbureaucratic can-do approach

This complex is outdated, and required unlocking three dodgy doors to get into the room, which just did not seem appropriate. Our bathroom light only worked when it wanted to, our room smelt really bad and needed to be aired out, the aircon didn’t work, and the walls were extremely light… meaning that roadworks on the highway didn’t allow sleep until 3am. We complained about this and asked to be upgraded to a room away from the roadworks, and was moved to a bigger room with now a toilet lose from the floor, the tv had no signal, the shower rail fell on our feet, the dishwasher reeked of old water, we came out with an itchy rash each morning after sleeping, and someone else’s used sock was left in our bathroom. The food at the breakfast bar was also stale. It was difficult for us to find positive points. The walls were still also the biggest problem, with us barely getting an hour of peace and quiet before hearing constant music echoing from the pool area, loud neighbours, and on our occasion a couple screaming, banging and throwing things all night between 11pm and 5am. there were no employees working night shift and overall we just did not feel stable here. to have so many people staying so close to eachother, and on a main highway with roadworks, soundproofing needs to be implemented or else customer experience is not being cared for. this hotel should be advertised as budget, not modern, and this detail needs to be changed. we’ve stayed at much nicer hotels at similar price points, and don’t believe customer experience is completely prioritised here, as many corners have been cut. the reviews did not live up to what they tell. we were very disappointed and did not feel at ease at this accomodation, to the point that we checked out of our non-refundable booking early.

We stayed a night here over the weekend. We where very excited to enjoy our time when checking into the room. We got to the reception the lady was welcoming. She gave us our keys and told us where to go. We got to our room and walked in, we where so disappointed as we walked in as we paid for a queen bed and we got 2 separate beds. We then walked back to the reception to let the lady know that the room was not the one that we had book and paid for. She told us to wait and she will be back (which we had to wait out in the cold as she closed up and locked the door to the reception). She then came back and told us that she must have given our room to another person she could push the two separate beds together. We said ok as we new we wouldn't get our money back and had know where else to stay the night. We got back to the room and had to open the door as there was a awful smell to the room. We then had a shower and it was not clean soap scum all though the shower and that's not the worst there was alot of mold build up. The bed was also very uncomfortable and hard. We where very disappointed in our stay as it was not cheap for the night, this is not worth the $200 plus a night. We will not be staying here again.

Customer service doesn’t exist. Paying that price to have cockroaches in the draw & bed bugs on the bed, struggling to have another room. The key to get in the hall was broken and got stuck in the padlock, the answer given was: try to play with that and find a way… No helpful at all!!! On the website is advised about a gym, which was nonexistent! Safe broken, clothes from previous guest left in the room! The place is awful…. Be careful!!

Apartment was neat and tidy. Only thing i suggest is that they provide a few more pans for cooking. I was unable to use the grill as when i turned it on it kept on smoking. Probably due to not been cleaned properly, and therefore i was unable to use the stove for fear of setting off the smoke alarm and being charges +$1300 for the fire brigade to attend.

I found the apartment to be very good value for money; clean, comfortable and suitable to my needs. Rooms all have balconies and although mine faced the highway (studio room) when I stayed at the location previously under Best Western I had a 1 bedroom apartment which had a pool view and for under $20 I could have upgraded which I recommend. Despite the rebrand to Central Apartment Group nothing has changed.

You can find much better close by. Old rooms that do not get maintained. Sink broken, globes missing, no hot water, old worn out beds, dirty floor, broken washing machine. Maybe I had the only lemon room ? Poor staff service. Eg checking in. Prepaid room with 10mins to get room key and filling out same details on booking.I dont know why it takes 10mins to use a computer to be issued a room key but this hotel can do it. They do it well when its late at night and you need sleep. Noise from hallway doors slamming. 3 flights of stairs to carry bags. This hotel has no soul.

Incredible, reception helped me while in need. They could have turned me away but instead they were beautiful enough to help me with a discounted room for a week and even gave me food. Incredible experience thank you A++

Although the rooms were comfortable enough, the one we had was in need of maintenance. The shower head leaked terribly, the cooktop electric starter had been turned off at the power point behind the microwave (took us ages to work why we couldn't start the gas cooktop), the door to the shower/toilet had no lock. The pool area was nice to relax in and the trees were lovely and shady.

You get what you pay for. Centrally located close to airport and training venue. I did call reception twice to fix TV unfortunately never got done. Very noisy on side of highway. I don’t think any meals are served here. Room was modern enough, comfy bed, hot shower sometimes that’s all you need. Good place for a business stop over but don’t take the family.

Great lap pool, close to a nice river run / walk. Clean comfortable rooms and easy to get in / out of. Perfect for business accommodation or a quick stop through town.

As advertised! Seamless check-in, easy to find rooms, ample parking and close to the airport. Reception wasn't signposted too visibly, however Google maps pin is where the office is. Room was clean tidy, well stocked amenities and fairly noise-proof from the main road which my balcony looked out onto. Great little self-contained studio for more than a few days if need be. Well worth it's value. There are many signs in the room warning about the sensitive smoke alarms and sure enough mine started making a low and slow tone like a warning for a good 5mins then fire rescue turned up. I couldn't hear alarms from anywhere else so assumed it was mine even though I had nothing going but the a/c. Fire rescue left and alarm turned off so who knows

Booked the studio apartment. Pricing was under $200 for the night so was happy with that but there are a few things to point out that could be better. The beds are VERY outdated and uncomfortable so I didn’t get a very good sleep, the spare pillows in the wardrobe had DISGUSTING stains on them, the towels had black marks on them and the shower head desperately needs replacing as the pressure was terrible and water was spouting out from all different directions so couldn’t have a nice shower. Other than that it was okay but I won’t be staying again as the beds are way too hard for my back and the lack of cleanliness was disturbing

Booking, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Lovely receptionist at check in, very helpful and available until 7pm daily. Room was clean with a nice kitchen area, large shower room, TV with Foxtel and balcony. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Food available Mon to Friday. Only issue, perhaps improve door security given the central location. Large car park easy to access and can park directly outside your own apartment. I had read a few poor reviews but this place was a nice surprise and very good value for the location

Great location for airport, city or casino. All about 10-15mins drive away. Fast food all close by. The room was spacious, clean & the bed comfortable. The room needs a replacement sofa and an updated shower but the free parking is a huge bonus.

Great location.. close to the airport, friendly staff and a decent pool! I spent 2-3 weeks here with one of the best people I have ever come across and have beautiful memories of this place. The townhouse like setting, pool and a backyard was a blessing. McDonald's is a short walking distance and a decent Indian restaurant across the street. Not many options otherwise for a place which largely caters to FIFO workers..

Terrible room, riddled with ants and when I reported for the second time they advise they don’t even have any fly spray and suggested I myself wet a towel with hot water to clean kill/clean them up myself. Wasn’t able to cook or eat in room as ants were running through all kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

Insufficient signage in the carpark entrance, making it far too easy to run into the vertical kerbside and damage my wheel.

I locked myself out of room and management tried to charge me $50 cash to unlock room. Second night my food order was forgotten. Grubby and outdated.

Great place to stay, pool and hot tub, highly recommended. Liked · Pretty much everything. The apartment was spotless, there's a lap pool and a hot tub attached to it - the pool area was open until 10pm, what a treat. Reception and the cleaning lady were lovely. Also, thank you for thinking of the environment when it comes to toiletries and using dispensers in the bathroom, instead of providing us with tiny plastic bottles. That's an added bonus for this property. Disliked · The unpleasant odour that welcomed us upon entering the room. Luckily, that was an easy fix - poured some hot water down the drain and voila. Would be good if it could be permanently sorted. Everything else was perfect.

Humble place good value for money. I had 1 bedroom apartment which had washing machine and dryer in the room.good kitchen also nice leather couch to watch a miniature TV. Room was clean the curtains were all stained though still very good overall. Was very quiet also nice and dark when you close the curtains. (I work night shift) so this is a big positive. Negatives No wifi No information about apartment in room or given to me. Staff just didn't seem to want to know about you. Will stay here again.

Booked 3 nights and decided to stay an extra night, being WA day public holiday, it was fully booked, the receptionist told us to give her half an hour to double check, there was a cancellation and she was able to help us with our request. The cleaning staff are very helpful and the room was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in.

  • 3/5 Joey W. 1 year ago on Google
Positives: close to the airport, the room was large and quiet, includes washer & dryer. Negatives: No bottled water and no after hours staff had to ring a phone number to collect key. There was also a cockroach in the kitchen thus the 3 star review.

  • 2/5 MerrKim M. 1 year ago on Google
Below Average accommodation. Doors to rooms are self locking and hard to get in and out of. Only one key given per room. Good car parking for larger/tall cars. Cockroaches inside cutlery drawers (which is pretty gross!) and the place could be a fair bit cleaner. Location noisy- BUT it is nice and central.

Slow check-in due to staffing levels but the young lady at the desk was lovely and friendly. The apartments could do with with freshening up (broken door fixture, rickety bannisters going up the stairs, grubby marks on walls, very uncomfortable pillows). Very rude, obnoxious guests nearby partying late past 1am (not to blame the business though). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Spacious apartment and a wonderful view of the pool.

Thankyou so much for making my isolation week easier in your lovely apartment. The box of extra goodies you left for me was a welcome surprise. Although I did not get to enjoy the pool area it certainly looked very inviting. Thanks Rose

The location is close to the airport, however the rooms are outdated, and the room was filled with cigaret smell. The curtains were broken, and the showers are filthy with soap scums on the edges. Quiet disgusting to be honest. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you need a cheap place to get by. I staying for a long period and was very unhappy for choosing this place. And not to forget the shower water pressure. Forget about showering at 7am or 5pm. The water pressure is horrible, can't event shower.

There was a few things not working properly in our room (stove top lighter, ceiling fan/light, air-conditioning remote...) and some things not all that clean (recommend byo frying pan...) which is not good enough for the price. When we did get the air con going it sometimes had a smoke smell. But it is spacious, quiet, and has a nice pool / BBQ area. We enjoyed it. Good location. The staff we dealt with were mixed, some need training and had no idea how to help with the basics of tasks (it shouldn't be hard to confirm an online booking).

The apartment was awesome to the kitchen washing machine and dryer and due to Perth having 2 weeks of bad weather it came in handy. office stuff to the house keepers very helpful I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

I have stayed in many hotels over my years and have been in good ones and not so good ones this one is in the second category. I would have expected a far better experience given the fact it cost over $200 a night. Firstly no light globe in the main bedroom, lounge suite old and tattered should not be in the room, had an issue with the remote control on grand final day needed batteries was told that the batteries are in a secret place and the lady who said that said she was not allowed to tell anyone where they were as she she did not want to lose her job (real good customer service) was not informed that house cleaning was done when they felt like doing it 4 days no cleaning The light fittings are full of bugs the bed is more suite to a 2 star motel not comfortable All in all very disappointed I will not be staying here again or recommending to anyone this place

  • 3/5 Peter F. 1 year ago on Google
I spent 4 nights total. Rooms nicely appointed. Bed was too firm for me and I spent all night rolling over changing position to relieve pressure on the hips I have arthritis so a comfy bed is my must have. For a younger person this would not be an issue. Buildings need a bit of tlc. Sticky doors and locks in room 102 and outside hallway. Reception staff were nice and very helpful I also noted the horrid smell coming from the bathroom drains. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay again if I could have a mattress topper for my room.

Very disappointing accommodation and poor service. A quiet room was requested as my sister and I were arriving on a late night flight and we needed somewhere close to the airport to rest as we were only in Perth for a couple of days. The room was anything but quiet as it was on the highway without sound proofing and you could hear the vehicles roar past is if you were standing on the road from inside the room. This was on top of people coming and going all night from an adjacent room where a private hallway was shared. There was no sleep that night let alone rest. In the morning when this was brought to the attention of the person on duty no alternative was offered, apart from an offer of a call from the manager after 9am. We made the decision to leave and not stay there the following night. We never did receive a phone call from the manager and after multiple attempts to call the property over the next couple of days we were then told that the manager would again call and that never happened. A few days later after leaving Perth I called through to this place again and spoke to whoever was on duty who said that a refund had been approved for the second night and that I needed to follow this up with the booking provider. This was false information as the booking provider was denied the refund based on the grounds that the booking was non refundable. All in all a terrible experience and my advice would be to stay away from this place.

Good size room all clean and tidy well contained. Staff friendly and very good room security. But, Wasn’t impressed with the road works being conducted on Great Eastern highway opposite the apartments and to top it of on night shift re sealing the road with Beep Beep reverse signals till early in the morning. I really needed sleep for early flight to work. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room on the north side maybe or ask if the road works are still being conducted

Perfect location if you need to be near the airport, the pool was large and clean, and the beds super comfy. We had an issue with room on check in, which was promptly fixed. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was well equiped for our needs. The rooms are looking tired and could do with cosmetic refurb and a deep clean (eg curtains were filthy). Overall good stay and would choose again if we need to be close to the airport.
