The Sadat Museum in the Library of Alexandria is a unique museum that was established at the initiative of the Library of Alexandria - and with the participation of the family of President Sadat. It is considered the first of its kind about the late president in the city of Alexandria. The museum was established on an area of ​​250 square meters in the southern part of the library. Mrs. Jihan Sadat allocated the museum with items that were displayed for the first time in appreciation of the efforts made by the Library of Alexandria and in fulfillment of an old dream that she wanted to achieve, which was to have a permanent museum for the late president worthy of his person and his memory.
