A nice place. I enjoyed the service of one of the security guards. However there were not enough chairs for my friends and family to sit together and eat. I guess they had already packed most of them inside since a lot of people don't dine-in in the evenings. Nonetheless as said earlier, one security guard took care of that problem. I must say I had a good time all together

Was there on a Saturday noon... Kinda slow but ok.. you can have a convo..Beef burger is nothing to write home about... bread,not fresh.... insist on fresh bread... chefs salad was good though ...waiter was friendly... nice Dude called Wisdom...I’ll pick East legon branch always though.... but that’s just me

This is a good waiting place for business minded people to sit and chat, buy food and drinks over the table. The boys have good conducts in customer service but the manager should survey the environment sequel to the gutters around to avoid smell, probably, change the flowers around the sitting place into more radiant home flowers instead of the one there now, and also look into the prices of drinks , like the pineapple juice. Apart from that, they are good.

Used to be a great place during my initial trips. Starbites is generally known for its good food, you can count on it at any time. However for now, they can do well with ensuring that staff is more welcoming.

Their shawarma isn't all that great, overpriced if you ask me. I've tasted better. However their pizzas are worth the price. I would give them an overall 3.5 star rating. Lovely ambience anyway.

The people at the lakeside branch know nothing about customer service. I placed an order for the club Sandwich and French fries to be picked up. Only to get there to pick up my food and they tell me that they don't have french fries. The girl behind the counter acts as though she's doing us a favor🙄 I left them with their sandwich and went to Coco Vanilla where customer service is understood. NEVER AGAIN!!

It was Jazz night when I visited, the music was very pleasant and relaxing. I ordered the supremo pizza when I visited, it was one of the best pizzas I've had in Ghana. The servers here are also very friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the fact that you can pay with a Visa or MasterCard.

It's just by the junction heading towards where I live. Nice place, but haven't been there before. Saw their food on Glovo, wanted to order but they unnecessarily expensive...

Worst customer service ever. The waitresses don’t smile or say hi to you. They don’t walk up to you to take your order unless your walk to the counter andwhen you speak to them they barely raise their heads to talk back to you. And sometimes don’t even respond to you until you ask your question multiple times. The burger meal was also very poorly cooked. Worst starbites branch EVER!!!!!!!!

It took about 20 minutes to be served. But their Fried Rice with charcoal grilled chicken was a delicacy. The music was on point and just a the right volume, hoping to visit again as the manager won't allow me to take any pictures till few things are fixed. But overall I had a great time.

Not the best starbites location in Accra. Very poor sitting options and environment. The security guard goes out of his way to see to customers, that's honestly one of the best things there. Everything else is just meh. Not an ideal date location.

Starbites hardly ever disappoint with the quality of food. Great food and smoothies. Food however takes between 20-28 minutes after placing order (better service time than the branch at East Legon though). Music is overly loud when seated outside. Great service by waiters/ waitresses.

I ordered a pizza from them and this is what I got after taking a bite I called them the next day to make i report and then they hunged up on me and they never picked up

This particular restaurant went off operations for a while and now back with their best tasty 😋 foods. They serve foods like fried rice 🍚 and vegetables plus chicken, fries 🍟 😋, pizza 🍕 and many others. Prices are very cool and the location is great 👍. No reservations required. Just walk into the restaurant and place your order and enjoy your tasty meals 😋.

I go here often and I am always served promptly and professionally. The food choice for breakfast lunch or dinner is good too. On Fridays there is live music.

Their services was excellent and the food was also good. It's a neat place to take meals.

Called and placed an order for pick up, 18 mins before getting there. We were informed the order would be ready in 15mins when we got there. After 15mins we went in and were told it's not ready and that we should please wait. After a while we then got a call and were informed that they didn't have chicken sausages which we had ordered over 39mins earlier on. After waiting close to an hour and running late for work, we had to cancel the order and started to drive out only to be told to wait 2 mins more. We couldn't afford that time so had to leave. What is fueling this complaint is that just when we drove out of the place, we had a call from them that just when the food was ready we decided to leave and boycott the food which totally wasn't true. Left extremely hungry and angry. After spending close to an hour waiting for an order we had placed earlier.

Lol, I don't know y I should give free business management consulting for absolutely free and probably wouldn't get any appreciation ... but am doing it anyway.... C simple delivery is better, sit in eeeeh.... gas station ⛽ is masking it n ...... u know...

I ordered for waakye without fish but with chicken, but they couldn't deliver to my office with the excuse there is no delivery at the time .. I drove from office for my food and back only to reach office and to my surprise it was fish.. when there was three persons behind desk and all responded yes to my request.. too bad

This location needs to do better on health standards. Twice, the pineapple juice i bought was fermented and today i was given pork that was rotting and had a very foul odour. The chef admitted it was smelly but said that is how that type of pork is. What nonsense. Surely. This chef could smell it before he cooked it. I have food poisoning from it as i type. To think i only took one bite. Apart from being rotten. It was tastelese The manager just stared into her book when i made a complaint about such a serious issue and never once looked up or acknowledged me. The cashier, the heavy set boy did more than the manager and did better to rectify the issue.What does this manager think her job roles and responsibilities are? I am very sure they will cook the same rotten pork for the nect person that orders it The staff is unfriendly. They look almost irritated that you walked in. Do they learn this from their manager? Why does this manager have a job there? She is a poor excuse for one. Promote this cashier though he could be more friendly. I spent over 90 cedis here today. Thankfully, the 40 cedis for the pork was refunded. Hope this manager is gone soon. The owners should please pay attention to this location. It is an embarrassment to the brand.
