    Finally after long time waiting we finally have official Dunkin here in Asheboro. This place is totally awesome unlike any other Dunkins out there it very fancy looking plus plenty of parking outside and plenty of sitting inside and wonderful selection of staff. If you like freshly brewed coffee and donuts give this place a try I’m sure you will like it.

    I usually don’t write bad reviews but this was so bad…. It was extremely busy on a Saturday at 11am and their card machine was down at the main register. One worker was telling people using a card to use the kiosk to order. Another worker was taking people’s orders and walking their card over to the other register to take payment. So those of us who ordered on the kiosk ended up waiting 30+ minutes for our food. Right after we submitted our order, a huge line of people came in and wiped out all the donuts we had ordered but their orders were fulfilled before ours. We left with a refund. It was so disorganized, none of the workers were on the same page, and the manager was waking around behind the counter chatting on the phone. This is not my first bad experience and I will never come here again.

    I hate coming here, I am from out of town but visit often and I dread coming here to get my coffee. Got the be the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to in my life and the coffee is NOT IT! Especially today I ordered my coffee at 927 and still didn’t even have it by 945 I had to leave bc I had to get my nephew to school. Went back to pick it up and it obviously had been sitting and watered down with absolutely no flavor. Need more employees for sure.

    Stopped for a cup of coffee the other night, wished I hadn't. 4 employees there when I walked in Friday evening. 1 was dealing with the drive thru, 1 was outside smoking, 1 was leaning on counter talking to family/friends, 1 was doing nothing, just leaning on counter looking at cell phone. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone took my order. Ordered a small hot coffee, took almost 8 minutes for someone to put coffee in a cup. It wasnt until the guys family/friends left that he filled my coffee. The other 2 just stood around and did nothing, so completely unacceptable. To top it off, got in my car and took a sip, the worst bitter burnt coffee, just dumped it right there and left.

    I come here a lot and I love the food and the service is usually super nice! Today they were so busy and I felt for them, because I have been a manager at a coffee shop. But when you see someone who has been standing there for 20 minutes at the front looking for someone who will ask them what they are waiting for so they can let you know. It’s almost like you have to be rude to get someone to just ask you. I won’t do that because I am in service, but they need to hire more people or something because Christ sake.

    On 5/17/23. I visited the local Dunkin’. Very nice staff but, they were definitely understaffed. The wait in the drive thru was extremely long (25 mins). I don’t blame the staff, these guys were drowning, they needed help. I appreciated their efforts and we will definitely see them another day.

    I visited Dunkin today around 11am. They did have very friendly staff. But I got a dozen doughnuts and they did not have any flavor whatsoever. I got chocolate with sprinkles, maple, and glazed. All doughnuts that should have a considerable amount of flavor. I took a few bites out of a maple doughnut and couldn’t tell it was a maple doughnut. All of the doughnuts also felt like they had been sitting out for a day and a half. I definitely feel like the quality of their doughnuts needs to improve. But it was nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly staff.

    The staff is friendly here and they do all they can to get your order ready. I think there should be a better system to be quicker and efficient. It takes too long to get your order.

    Asheboro clearly needs more coffee shops because this Dunkin cannot function during high volume hours. Wait times in the morning are 20+ minutes.

    Now I'm a Krispy Kreme fan but we don't have one in Asheboro so I tried Dunkin . Disappointed because the donuts were dry and not flavorful.

    So when this place first opened it was terrible. But honestly now this place has to be one of my very favorite. These employees are busting their butts every time I go in there and still they manage to get my order right and be so freaking awesome and polite!!!! There's this one northern guy in there that we literally look forward to seeing every time we go in!!! He's a blast!!!!!! We adore everyone here and have yet to have an issue. DD take note. You're doing it right. You've got a great staff of hard working individuals and we appreciate them!!!!

    I love a love-hate relationship with this place. On one hand, it’s a great breakfast option and one of the few choices for a drive-thru coffee that’s not terrible. However, the drive-thru is more often-than-not a nightmare. It can take a while to get your food. This makes customers angry and irrational. I had a woman in the truck in front of me get out and call me a little *****, just for being behind her. So! I only come here when I have a lot of patience, and I hope others do the same 😂

    Love the Dunkin coffees. We ordered 2 coffee and 2 chorizo breakfast wraps and 2 hash rounds. It took a very long time to get food. They forgot one of the wraps and never did give us the water we asked for twice!!

    The past few months I have been getting the wrong order and the waiting time is ridiculous. There used to be a young lady that was from the north that was amazing, she always had us in and out with the right order and always had a great taste. This morning I was in a rush so took my order and drove off and when I finally took my first sip it was absolutely terrible and it's not the first time. I hope they can better train these very unprofessional and rude employees so Dunkin stay with their doors open to the public.

    Worse service, terrible attitudes, coffee always awful. The guy at the drive thru speaker was so rude & the girl at the window was exactly the same. We thanked her for our order and got absolutely no response except the window closed in our faces. Every time it’s almost exactly the same. Once in a while we get a decent coffee but 90% of the time it’s a bad experience all the way around. The only reason we come back once in a while is because it’s the only Dunkin’ in town I have gotten gift cards as gifts and hate to waste em. Even though the coffee is bad, the worse part really is dealing with the people that work there.
