I do not live at this apartment complex. This review is based upon management. I went this establishment today to speak with a property manager. I came by on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Tried calling many times and got no answer. Eventually someone was there the following Thursday. The regional manager saw me and another gentleman waiting out in the lobby to speak with her but she was speaking with another person at the time in her office. After waiting TWO hours (I was counting,) she finally opened her door to let the other people out of her office. She then closed her door, so I proceeded to knock. She opened it and told me she had a phone call she had to make so she couldnt speak with me long. ( she spoke with me for less than 60 seconds, to only answer two of my questions.) I think this is unprofessional of a regional manager, ESPECIALLY after she knows that myself and another gentleman had been waiting OVER two long hours to speak with her. One of the residents told me that this is the fourth property manager in ONE year. I won't be applying for an apartment here after all this.

My family lived there four years and have moved out when Paulette took over because she was one of the worst managers they had. She was rude, rarely in her office, and shut the door in our face when we tried to stop by. They of course over charged us as we moved out as well. Maintenance takes a very long while to get to any issues, and most you will be told to deal with on your own. The lofts have gone down hill and we are glad to be out. If you are thinking of moving here, don't let the seemingly nice decor sway you. The management is not worth it.

I have lived here for two and a half years, I love living here. We have high ceiling Heights and hardwood floors. The floors are delightful mix of old factory and new replacement boards. There is a historical and industrial feel to the buildings. For the first two and a half years there were problems in keeping management here. Most of them perhaps needed to go anyways. The new manager we have now plays by the rules. As she is highly productive and professional but at the same time very personable and seems to invest her all, in keeping this complex a nicer place to live. The previous regional manager told me she had 20 plus years of experience and it shows. The maintenance is done by a man who knows a lot more than the previous personnel. He gets it done fast and right. I am ecstatic that corporate hired these fine folks. I am very happy here.

I don't rent a place here but I'm trying to get info on any available units. Yet, despite how many emails I've sent, NO ONE WILL RESPOND! And it's not just me. Others have tried to connect with the owner/ manager and no one will answer them either. That's why the 1 star.

I don’t particularly judge a place by reviews. Reviews from others are usually 10% of my decision making process, when giving a review of my own. Thoroughly, my review is based upon my own experiences. Why? Reviews can be complicated. People have different experiences thus creating different opinions, and those opinions come from various emotions. Sometimes it’s the business itself giving reviews to boost their businesses, many times it’s people who are frustrated with the process of things, and most times it’s people who have caused their own hardships. Reviews are good too! When things are done right, we like to acknowledge the workmanship! So don’t stop giving them reviews!! My review on this business was a (1) simply because the business is revealing false information. Their AD says no application fee, yet when I called, the woman stated a fee. It took them approximately one week to respond to my message, and the woman’s attitude was harsh; as she spoke very fast with almost a sleepy tone in her voice. My thoughts were, if this is the initial contact response, then living there would not be satisfactory. Would maintenance and administration be adequate? Didn’t feel like a place I would want to call home.

This is a messy company I applied for a three bedroom last year and got approved. And when I applied again this weekend I have a criminal record. I never ever been in any trouble with the law in the life. This company is Horrible Period!!

A beautiful place. I lived here a few years ago and really enjoyed the apartment. There has been several manager changes since that time.and I had interesting neighbors. They seemed to have some odd rules and I wish there were more entrances to the buildings than there are.

Management changes so much you can't even get in. Then management tried to put me in a handicap unit which I do not need, so I refused. Daniel promised to put me on the next 1 bedroom. But he canceled me instead. NON PROFESSIONAL Just saying. (
