I took my kids to Randolph Health Pediatrics for years even though it's not a well run business because we liked Dr. Sanger. Although he isn't with the company any longer we continued to take our kids there for a while out of convenience because they had all of their records and our insurance was already set up with them. The business is run extremely poorly on the administrative side. There are EXTREMELY long waits any time you go into the office no matter what the appointment time or situation is. I once made an appointment for one of my sons at 8:00 which was the first appointment of the day and there was still a 40 minute wait. What is your staff doing that there is a 40 minute wait for the FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY? Anyways, I never complain or make a big deal about any of this because I know it there can be challenges with kids that extend appointment times (although I struggle to see how you're 40 minutes behind at 8:00 in the morning). Sometimes stuff happens and you work with people, especially if you have a history with them. Which brings me to the point of this post: I took my son to an appointment this morning that I thought was 9:30 for some reason and it ended up being 9:15. Not a big deal right, I was there at 9:22. NOPE, apparently it is the end of the world and a deal breaker. There is a 5 minute grace period (yeah, nice grace period) and the difference between 5 and 7 is apparently so vast that they refused to see me and demanded me to reschedule with condescending fake smiles on their faces. I tried to politely smooth the situation over and say we've been coming here a long time, hey my bad about the time, but it's just a couple of minutes, can you work with us just a little bit. I'm sure any parent knows doctors appointments can be a challenge with work and other situations. Nope, completely rigid, no wiggle room at all. Well I will tell you what, that sure is interesting since I have worked with you guys for YEARS without complaining even though your wait times are completely ridiculous. So maybe about a combined 20 hours of sitting in a room waiting for the dr for all of my kids appointments to get to my appointment horribly late... with me trying to be understanding because life happens... To have you refuse to work with me or have a decent interaction with a long time customer over TWO MINUTES. Hopefully this google review doesn't impact your business at all because it would be a shame if the business started struggling and had to declare bankruptcy. Oh wait, that already happened because you're a poorly run business. Maybe work with your staff on basic customer service and how to work with someone over minor issues, especially a long time customer, because now not only have you lost a long time customer, now you have this horrible google review over two minutes when everyone is waiting for a bare minimum of 40 minutes for every appointment regardless of your dumb policies because you don't have your stuff together. Have a nice day, hope this was worth it, and I'd advise anyone else to see if they can try to get with Dr. Sanger or another pediatrician over this administrative nightmare.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Staton was the only reason we ever came here to begin with, I knew we should have left once she did, but I kept giving it chances. None of the other doctors took my concerns serious and ever addressed them with my daughter, Can never get an appointment when your kid is sick. Tried bringing my daughter to her appt which was at 8am when they FIRST open, drove almost an hour (we recently moved) and got there at 8:06 and was told we had to reschedule since we were late. Mind you there was nobody else even there. Take your kids somewhere else. Spending my day finding a new doctor

Went last week to sign the release forms for my sons New pediatrician. I gave them the fax number and told them that I need them sent ASAP because he had an appointment on the 7th (today). I was told that wouldnā€™t be an issue. Moving forward, the new doctor had called me 3 times to inform me that they still hadnā€™t received anything from them so I called them 3 times to ask them again to please send the documents. (Because he has hemophilia his new doctor wanted to be sure he could look over everything before seeing him so he would be completely informed). On the way to his appointment this morning, the new office called to let me know that they still hadnā€™t received any paperwork. I call AGAIN, sat on hold until I ultimately got sent to voicemail. Called again and asked why they hadnā€™t been sent. Got transferred to someone else who then informed that ā€œfaxing papers just isnā€™t something that they offerā€ and ā€œby law they have 30 daysā€ before they are required to mail out said documents. I will spare you what I had to say to them. So even though we were very clear that his documents needed to be sent so the new doctor could be informed and due his medical issue they still refused to do so and during my previous visit to sign papers for release and during phone calls, they never once informed me that they would not be faxing anything. This office is absolutely ridiculous and clearly does not care about their patients as much as they should. Something that would take a matter of minutes will now take a month if they have anything to do with it. Now the new doctor is having to take matters into their own hands to try and receive my sons information. This is absolutely unacceptable and speaks volumes about them. The absolute lack of communication is why Iā€™m so bothered. They had every opportunity to let me know how they would be handling it so I could inform his new doctor and they refused. So if your child goes there, if you ever want to switch, be prepared. If youā€™re pregnant and considering them, do yourself a favor and just donā€™t. Iā€™m not one to blast anyone on social media but to say Iā€™m upset would be quite the understatement at this point. Even one star would be too many.

Facility is newly updated with a few new faces. The staff really care about their patients. They do the best they can to squeeze you in and stay past hours to treat the sick. They have families too and the fact that they take their time with me really means a lot. Itā€™s like family. Dr Riley is my sonā€™s provider and even though we may have to wait a few minutes past our appointment she gives it her all at bedside! They also have plenty of staff who can speak Spanish to assist those who do not speak English. They are so kind.

Absolutely love Randolph pediatrics. My children and I have always been treated like family as soon as we walk in the door. The doctors there have helped me care for and raise both of my premature children both of whom are healthy and thriving now. I could go on forever about my love for all the doctors and medical staff there.

I love brining my kids here. My daughter loves her nurses and Doctor Hall. They make you feel like you are part of a family and not like you are just a patient. They will also hear you out on any concerns you have about your kids health. I will continue to keep bringing my kids here.
