Told me they only had size large for the meals but still up charged me then the nuggets were so hard my one and two year old couldn’t even bite into these. I called to tell them and was told I could bring them back but I’d just get the same ones because that’s what’s cooked right now. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s this bad.

All the fries were cold,and my destination was 6 mins away and I got a medium fry and could not even basically count the fries don't waste your money here!!!

Manager in picture took a to go bag that dropped on the floor and put it back in the stack, then proceeded to not change her gloves, while getting orders together after touching the floor her face her hair and her pants. The cashier was high didn’t understand when I ordered a #7 and he put the order in as individual burger with fries. Will not go back. Only went in to kill time and eat. Feel like I’m going home with Hep A. It’s nasty. Restrooms broken watched an employee walk out and go to work without washing hands.

Fries had no salt and they brought the wrong milk. White instead of chocolate. They did promptly make it right leaving us with the extra milk. Space was clean and kids had fun playing.

Women's restroom was out of tissue in all stalls. A lady informed a worker, I couldn't get their attention, and they said I can't leave right now to do that. Waited for 10 minutes for iced coffee and hamburger. Coffee was not even filled up plus it was watered down.

Every. Single. Time. we try this location - we say we will never be back. The quality of their food is always poor. Tonight, for example, the fries were very old (quite possibly put back into the fryer to heat up), the nuggets were old, and the QPC ordered with no mustard, no ketchup, add Mayo was overflowing with ketchup. The screen correctly displayed what was ordered, too. We will drive across town to another location from now on. The inconvenient drive for MUCH better quality and service will be worth it. They definitely need to re-evaluate their operations. Their current approach clearly isn’t working as evidenced by multiple 1 star reviews on here.

This has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. I only came here once, so maybe it was an outlier. But the tables were all dirty, the floor had food and garbage all over, and the bathroom trash cans were overflowing. Plus, I got immediately sick from the food. Honestly? I don't blame the workers. I'm sure they have it hard here. But the management company (plaque proudly displayed on the door) needs to pay them more, hire lore people, or provide them more resources cuz this spot is nasty.

Rating: Kudos. It's McDonald's but this one was better than most. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Fries were salted well.
