We were in town last night and decided to try our first escape room. Will was our game master. From the moment we walked through the door, he was incredibly welcoming. He chatted with us as we walked to our room and did a great job of setting the mood for our museum heist. During the game when we asked for clues, he was great at giving us just the right amount of information to help us while making it feel as if we figured it out ourselves. It was an amazing experience, and I can’t wait for another game. Breakout also has private rooms which is great for smaller groups. We chose their most difficult room and still broke out just in the nick of time with a group of three.

First Escape Room I've done before, and it's set a high bar. Thanks to Will, our GM for a great experience. Went here as part of a work get together/end of season activity for our department. We went with the Museum Heist scenario, out of the 5 of us only 1 had done one of these activities beforehand and we all had a blast, had to use a fair number of hints to get through but we were able to escape with some time left. Would love to come back at a later date to try out the other rooms. One note, as a large person, the rooms are on the warm side so do keep that in mind if you plan to try it out.

We had a ton of fun! Thrilling and heart pumping to figure out the clues and put the pieces together. Lauren was an awesome game master and very helpful throughout when we needed it. We would absolutely come back. If you like escape rooms, definitely come here!!

Jordan was our game master. He was great with everything : from the setup, to assisting, to suggesting other rooms and other activities/events in the area. And some really great laughs too. We did the Museum Heist room, a complex and challenging room. Our group had a blast and going back for another game. Thanks again Jordan and Breakout Games.

We came here for my birthday after having come once before and having a great time. We loved it just as much the second time and will definitely be back to do it again. So much fun! Both game masters we’ve had so far have been awesome.

Our company has been out a couple of times for team-building and we always have a blast! Rogelio helped us this time and he was great. Thank you!

The whole experience was super fun and challenging at the same time. Our game master, Jahusha was great! He was super helpful and made the whole experience fun! We would definitely come back and recommend it for any families, friends or team building groups.

Rooms were extremely well done, graphics were gorgeous, and game masters Will and Amanda made the whole experience flow so well! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ashville!

Our group had such a fun time at Breakout Asheville! We did the Wild West! Freed our friends, got the gold and got out scot free with 11 minutes left to spare! Parrish was such a great game master and gave the perfect clues for when we got stuck to still make the game fun and challenging!

We have done many escape rooms in many different states. In Asheville, we did the kidnapping room. Starting our blindfolded and handcuffed was a unique experience that added some fun and anticipation. We escaped with 8 minutes to go and needed a few hints. Overall, great room and we’d go back to try another one based on this room. Our host was James and he was great. Good enthusiasm and quickly responded when we needed a few clues. He was also very excited for us when we escaped and super encouraging about our efforts. Great room for our group of 3. Could easily hold a few more people or possibly be done by a couple (if they’re experienced with escape rooms).

Me and the wife wanted a night out of excitement. Break out (the kidnapping) was exactly what we needed. Adam was our game host and totally brought the hype! We are Asheville residents and will def come back here! So many different rooms and they will definitely make you use your brain!

The breakout room game was so much fun we did the Wild West game! It was challenging and very inventive, and our team loved it. Required a lot of teamwork, and we only used two clues! But we got out in time.

Took our bachelor party here and had the best time. Our game master Peyton made everything very easy and ensured that we had a very fun time. Would definitely go again if we make it back to Asheville, and recommend to any friends going

Escape room is really fun. Haunted Mansion was difficult, great for expert players, which we're not. Ro gave us extra 5 min to finish. Thanks!

Had such an amazing time at Breakout Games Asheville! Amanda was our GM for Clue and did SO well hosting us that we came back the next day for another! We played Wild West the next day and escaped both rooms. I seriously could not recommend this place enough. Well done rooms, friendly staff, and just an overall fun experience. I love the game specific stickers and ADORABLE t-shirts!

Had an awesome time with the Clue room! Very high quality and so fun. Family of 4 with 12 and 14 year olds that pretty much carried the whole room. Loved that it was a private room for just the 4 of us. Ro was the best game master, helpful but not too helpful, really seemed to enjoy his role. Highly recommend!!!!!

Will was amazing! My daughter and her friends did the kidnapping break out room for her 11th bday and had a blast. Will did an amazing job of letting them both problem-solve and giving hints when needed and they had so much fun!

We went with our family of 4, and had Will as our Game Master. We made it with literally 1 second to spare - thanks to what I suspect is Will being extra supportive for our rookie youngsters!! We’ll definitely try another one!

Me, my mom and my sister wanted to do out very first escape room, so we chose this location. We had a blast, the staff was extremely nice and they explained everything really well. We did the runaway train game and it was so fun doing all the little puzzles and solving the clues. Unfortunately we didn’t finish in time, but our “clue-guide” Rogelio helped us down to the very end. He gave the perfect clues, they weren’t a dead giveaway but they definitely helped. If you are looking for a fun activity I would definitely recommend this place

I had a blast. Me and two of my coworkers did the Wild West room yesterday and we broke out with a minute left. T Rex was our game master and he did an amazing job. Thanks for the great experience.

We had such a great time doing kidnapped. Storm was a phenomenal game master and really made the experience that much better. It was just two experienced players but we managed to break out with 15 minutes to spare. I wish there had been multiple rooms, but other than that small preference it was awesome.

Took my 14 year old, two of his friends, and my brother to do an escape room and they LOVED it! They did the Mystery Mansion one and made it out with 5 seconds to spare. They said it was a great challenge for them and said they would definitely want to do more escape rooms. The people that worked there were super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Personally, I feel escape rooms would stress me out (it’s the time limit part), but after my son and his party escaped and came back out to the lobby, even I was convinced it could be really fun. I might try it myself next time :) Thanks guys for a great time!

We went on a Sunday afternoon. We chose "The Kidnapping." Very cool theme and very well done. Sophie was our game master and she did a great job. This was our first Escape Room experience and she made us feel comfortable but it didn't take away from the experience. We loved it and would come back again. Thanks guys!

An absolute blast! We came in on a Wednesday night for a birthday and truly had the best time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They did a great job getting us into the mindset of the game. The game itself was immersive. It had a nice mix of different types of puzzles and different difficulty levels. The game master gave some great clues when we needed them, but was very careful not to just give things away. The price was great for the overall experience. Our group of eight had an awesome time and we will definitely return!
