After a long day of shopping at quick stop here is your best bet. Excellent service and delicious food. This is truly fast food. Fast delivery of your order. You can choose to sit indoor or outdoor as long as there are seats available. Be close as someone usually shouts your pick up order since they don't have a digital screen monitor. Hope they take honey to soothe their throats at the end of each shift or at least twice a week. Some may enjoy the free refills available on sodas and the cleanliness of the environment. Bring the family for a beautiful time at Ashford and the meals at Five Guys. PS: burger don't come with much jalapeños as expected nor veg.

Was a wholesome experience at five guys. In fact it was my first experience with them. Good food and they provided a lot of fries. Enjoyed it there

Love the food. Fresh and delicious. But it ends at that. Very gloomy 90s diner feel and zero customer service. Prices for food are ridiculous. If I eat 3 burgers and a couple hot dogs my bill has exceeded £60. Not really worth it. Five guys either needs to work on increasing portion sizes like in the US or reduce the amount they charge.

The burger and milkshake were nice, the kids hot dog wasn't. For a fast food restaurant it was about average but the food was priced like a proper restaurant. For that sort of money I would want my food on a plate with a knife and fork and not in a paper bag.

I don't have much to say , because they are just the best burgers . People are very friendly and professional. If ur coming to outlet, you must try this place... I recommend 👌

Order a cheeseburger, toppings all the way no pickles. The cashier mistyped the order and only wrote no pickles. I had to argue with the staff to explain that if I didn't want any toppings, I wouldn't have specifically said no pickles. The staff finality agreed and gave me the toppings to build the burger myself instead of giving me a new one. And at the end, I was still missing some toppings listed in their "all the way" such as cooked mushroom and onions. But got pickles instead...

Super fast service, plenty of seating. Easy access with parking. Great food. Only down side is there is no toilet in the restaurant, not great when your on you own with a small child.

Average food, not fresh. Burgers were okay but a bit dry, like they weren't freshly cooked. Same with the fries, they were a bit over cooked but also not very fresh. Bit disappointing really as Five Guys are normally very good and consistent. Staff were friendly and helpful when o asked if I could have some water to take some medicine.

Service was quick as not busy. Food are all yummy. Fries, burgers, hotdogs and definitely milkshake. Great space but music is quite loud. And that's my only issue.

poor veggie options and considering everything is cooked fresh, the mushrooms looked tinned and grey in their veggie burger option! Giving three stars and the fries are very good (though expensive)

This branch is super duper crowded. Expect to wait for awhile just to get a table and then a long line to queue for food. Burgers wasn’t as tasty as what I had before, it could be because it was rushed. Unimpressed.

I do love a five guys, the food is usually brilliant. The milkshake was awesome as always but the burger was luke warm and the fries weren't the usual taste. This won't put me off dining in a five guys again just maybe not this one

Food was tasty, but two mistakes were made on our cheeseburgers - one came as a bacon burger, the other had no onions. This made us feel like we weren't listened to when ordering. The Cajun Spiced fries were very overseasoned. No NUTS available :(
