    Ok once is annoying and I let it slide. Twice is just lazy and I sent an email but got no reply. Third time is really taking the biscuit. We use this particular McDonalds drive through every 2-3 weeks as a family treat when we are whizzing through after a day out. It used to be the only one we would go to as the service was always good and food hot, fresh and accurate orders. (We have a child with a good intolerance so this is essential). The last 3 times in a row the order has been not just incorrect but entire items missing but still being charged for. As it’s drive through most of the time, by the time we realise something is missing, we are back on the motorway. It’s feeling like deliberate customer fraud bow. Staff are still lovely but the service has gone down the pan massively of late. When you eat as a family of 4 you don’t expect to have one person missing their entire meal, or half portions of nuggets in a child’s box, or something you didn’t even order, but missing something you did. Today was a combination of 2 of these things. Sort it out!

    Definitely bigger than the last time we visited. A but disappointed that the food court is no longer there as we used to enjoy meeting up with friends. Not so easy now with specific places around the complex and other guarantee there will be a big enough space to meet in. Very impressed with the guest centre facilities, very comfortable and great baby changing rooms. Always good to look around but not somewhere I would visit regularly unless I have a specific reason. Parking is good value, the first 30 minutes are free followed by £1 for 4 hours

    I’m a very regular customer but the last few breakfast meals I’ve bought have had large chunks of egg shell still in the egg which have led to me throwing the majority of it in the bin. I’ve mentioned it in store before but still seems to be the same the last few visits.

    Food look like it had been thrown around before eating it (more so than usual). None of the sauce i asked for came with my order either. Please fire whoever makes the wraps. 20:30pm, 18th May 2022

    Great location & spacious restaurant.The staff are really helpful & always ask if you want any help . They have also drive through which can get busy in the afternoon. Tip-Take away coffee is cheaper then DRINK IN but for both given in the takeaway cups

    Everytime I oder online this restaurant forgets the sauce! Now after ordering and the drive through and having to wait for my order in the car park they forgot the sauce again! Why ask what I want if you are not going to deliver even the most basic service?!

    I think this branch are a bit thick to be fair. Never get an order correct it's actually funny. Rude little 17 year olds working there also. Terrible

    I can't believe that we had to wait in the carpark for our food to be brought out to us when McDonald's was empty, bearing in mind it's the busiest one in Europe? Most odd. Enjoyed our breakfast 🥞 though

    So many regrets everytime I have a McDonald's. Food isn't food, staff will make the transition from people to robots really easy and the majority of clientele are what you expect them to be but always makes you wonder why we need these sort of people in the gene pool, so I left with lots of regrets and some over bearing questions about life. Looking forward to forgetting the experience.

    I recently visited McDonald's Orbital Park and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On my past two visits, the restaurant has been experiencing computer issues, which has caused significant delays and inconvenience. During my first visit, we were made to wait in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes and were eventually instructed to move on without making any payment or giving out food, we could have paid cash. The second visit was even worse. The drive-through was closed, and we were directed to go inside and make our orders. However, all of the kiosks were down, leaving customers with no choice but to queue at the till. To make matters worse, none of the card payment options were available, and we were not informed of this until after queuing for over half an hour. We were forced to scramble for cash and caused substantial delays for all customers involved. As a paying customer, I believe that such an experience is unacceptable, and it is imperative that McDonald's Orbital Park takes a proactive step towards resolving these recurring issues and have a better business continuity plan . I urge management to address these problems promptly and offer a more satisfactory solution for customers affected by these technical difficulties. Overall, I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service and lack of communication from the staff regarding payment options. Hopefully, my input helps McDonald's Orbital Park improve their operations and provide a better experience for customers in the future.

    Long time since ive been to a Mac and it's all changed! You are greeted with a touch screen menu to order. My super saver meal choice even stumped a staff member!! Eventually I ordered the items separately and it was 50p cheaper!! Chips hot, burger tepid and coffee weak, but a £3.47 was same as a single coffee in Starbucks, so good value. Service slow but it was midday so they were very busy with drive thu.

    Tried the drive through but it turned out to be a total waste of time. I could have parked the first time and Pop in. The bloke hardly could hear my order through the machine. And after all he left out a few things from my order. So I still had to park and get in. Otherwise the food was ok.

    What a disgusting place! The food was served unwrapped on the plate, and when replaced (took a moment as a fellow patron was returning hers due to egg shell being in the food) was better presented - there was mention of bacon despite being a sausage order. Both wife and I had the same (although mine was double) but there was a huge disparity between quality - see egg variations. We were hungry so tolerated the service and food. When the staff began cleaning the chairs in the table next to us on the sofa we were sat on though, that took the biscuit. Not only was she oblivious to us eating three foot away but when we finally spoke to her about it, nothing. Dirty uniform and shoes moving outside, inside and through the food prep area, no hairnets or gloves in sight. Steer clear from this inadequate and dirty branch.

    So me and my husband choose the table service just to have the tray slammed in our faces. When we confronted her (young ish lady with glasses no name badge) excuse was, she was trying to be “efficient” and not even a sorry. My coffee had a strand of hair stuck on the lid (its wasn't mine as I have thick black hair) Morning ruined.

    Sherrell was absolutely fantastic. To be honest I was a little grumpy that my fries were missing, however she was totally professional and lovely with it which is rare these days. Absolute credit to the store only wish I had somebody like her working in my business.

    Have been to this restaurant quite a few times, generally service, food and waiting time is good. It can get very busy and sometimes the wait for you order can take a while, I've also had instances of messy food where the burger has been thrown together in a hurry. But for a busy store it's pretty good. Staff I've dealt with have been helping and friendly.usually there is space to eat in. Parking can sometimes be tricky (peak times) There are better branches and worse branches but thi one is conveniently located hence regular visits

    This has to be the worst McDonald's in Kent, surely. Ordered at the drive thru today at 13.57, received food at 14.33. 3 cheese burgers and 2 off the menu wraps. I wouldn't write a bad review if it was a one off, I get that it's busy, but in the last 6 months, visiting on average once a week, I've had 2 correct orders in under 20 minutes, which are warm-hot.

    Best Big Mac I've had in a while and wasn't just thrown together. Used the app to collect, very speedy service even though we had some burgers made to order with only onions. Everything was correct.

    It wasn't busy and we we're only ones to eat in. Meals were brought out quickly, but the burgers were cold, the chips weren't much better. However, 3 out of 5 orders were incorrect, no straws provided (there weren't any out either). When I went to tell the girl at the till politely, she couldn't have cared less, and that was after she finally acknowledged me despite looking straight at me when I walked up. 1 star for speed of service, 1 star for cleanliness. Get what you pay for I guess!!

    Everything was great apart from the fries, dry and cold by the time I got home ( I live 2 minutes away). However they were very busy when I arrived so the odd slip up is forgivable to a certain point. However, the restaurant was nicely laid out and very clean so I will be returning. Thank you!

    Quite a queue which I was surprised at, but they are in the middle of the new drive-through work. Food was as good as it always is so all in all a fair visit this time. Staff work hard to not keep everyone waiting too long. You can see by watching them they are putting a lot into their shift with the disruptions of the work.

    Since they've had the new drive through in place the food is never ready and we are always sent to the car park to wait for 10 mins+. 2 orders of chicken nugget meals is hardly complicated. Just seems to be very unorganised now. It also fills the car park up with people just waiting for food. At present there are 9 cars sitting, waiting for food

    Parking is a nightmare, the staff here make various mistakes everytime I visit, whether something is wrong with the order or the sauces we have ordered do not come with the order. Having bays which are supposed to be app ordering bays which people are just using to park on so if you are coming to us that service then you can't. Food is okay.

    Food was great service was good. I would say the trouble is since the delivery services has started up, they are under alot of stress and you feel for them. Food does taste fresher now guess due to more food going out nothing is sitting around like it used to be so thumbs up to that.

    Newly refurbished and no hot drinks available with Breakfast. Diverted off Motorway to get a drink and wasted 20 mins...Useless. 3 weeks later stopped off on the way to a job....still no hot drinks. So many people complaining and staff couldn't give a toss. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

    Very poor. They never put any signs up to ALLERT cars coming in that certain food isn't available. So you end up queuing for ages to not get what you came for. They have 2 outside drive through lanes to order. And often 2 people standing outside taking orders too. Yet one lane hardly gets to order. So if you stick left be prepared for 8 cars on the right side to pass you. Alot of the Drinks are always unavailable. Frappe, milkshakes.and Nuggets. The chips are so dry and luke warm that you need a drink to wash them Down. Don't get the veggie Dulux. It's vile. Often burn buns. If you order icecreams be prepared for them to melt while you sit in the car park waiting for your food ,as they always give you the cold stuff first.

    Very disappointed. The worst staff what I meet in different mc donalds. We were coming back from nearest beach and in resturant was a many people. We waited over a 40-50 minutes for a our order. Hundred times asked what about our order and the same anwser "we will check" and noone do nothing. Very rude staff. I dont recommend😑

    Drove here after our delivery was missing a burger.. The drive in was so busy, they were queuing full circle to the roundabout.. I went inside and despite clearly being run off their feet, the Manager spoke to me within minutes, apologised and had my burger (plus fresh fries) bagged up and good to go in a flash.. Great service and many thanks 😊

    Dirty even at 6.30am with non breakfast item debris all over tables and floor, ordered via app as all touchscreens were filthy, paid for order which completed and then auto refunded, waited for sometime at counter for male staff member to look up from typing on EPOS system inbetween coughing and sniffing, he didn't so spoke to a female colleague beside him and then he interacted with me, there is a problem but we don't know what it is that affects orders in the morning he said. I asked if he could help me order again and he said I could order with him but I won't get the promotion offer despite all of this not being my issue only theirs. Walked out of the dirty Mcs and in hindsight was relieved the order had not gone through- a very bad branch - avoid

    We brought our dinner and had table service, the young lady brought our food and it was all cold including the coffee. Our food was replaced but as you had supervisors and managers standing behind the counter I would have thought they would keep a eye on how long the food sits on the counter. We were not the only ones to complain.

    Used to be good but has really gone downhill. Items missed from orders on numerous occasions. Last 2 times we visited food has taken over 25 mins. Last time I was assured the food (a simple burger, nuggets and fries order) would be out quickly. When I eventually went into the restaurant to challenge we were told the food had been delivered. Nobody in the restaurant cared and it took another 15 minutes to prepare the food. I'm going to avoid it from now on.
