Food was okay, and came at an affordable prices. Prices range from GHC17 - GHC50. Sweet and sour pork sauce with fried chicken tasted great. Very polite and courteous waiters and waitresses.

Great ambience, the customer service amazing and the food, don't even try, the best. I had a great time there. The music sounded Korean instead of Chinese. Just saying...... Their smoothies cost GHC15 and the food start from GHC 13 to GHC 50. Most of the food actually cost GHC 28. Please try the lunchbox. No. 45. You'll thank me later.... when you meet me. One of the best Chinese places in Ghana. Good food, good people, good location but Korean music 😃

Great environment but they are a bit slow

The ambience of sweet roses is what I believe to be the first attraction to the place. On service the waiter, a male was very welcoming however he needs more training on customer service to improve his relations. A wrong condiment was served to us and although he understood the wrong he failed to apologize for the neglect on behalf of the kitchen staff. He just didn’t realize he needed to apologize. I adviced him on the situation before leaving. Although the kitchen staff need to be supervised well. They sent out an age old shito, which tasted very bad to be served to us. And this had been picked up from our table earlier as a mistake and a fresh shito was brought. But returned the spoilt when we requested for the second serving of shito since we were two and had recieved one portion. - Food tasty a 5/10

As part of wandering through Kumasi City mall, trying out different foods, I wandered into Sweet Roses I immediately noticed their red balloons. When combined with the lights added a nice glow to the restaurant and created a great vibe. I also liked the polished wood finish and the space. The restaurant wasn't cramped and just like other restaurants and stores in the mall had a glass wall out front affording you a view of passers by. I asked for their watermelon juice. I really enjoyed how refreshing and fresh it was. I also asked for their shrimp soup as a starter and their beef sauce and rice.

Affordable food

The food itself is surprisingly good and affordable. Most meals cost around 40 cedis per serving. Their client service is a bit lacking, as it can take thirty minutes or more for food to be served. Getting the attention of the staff seems to be so-so, but they're all very polite.

The prices are affordable and the food was ok. However their customer service was practically non-existent! From being ignored after walking to the counter to make an enquiry to placing my order and attendant being extremely rude.....I would only recommend this place to anyone who JUST wants to buy affordable "Chinese food" and can ignore the horrible customer service.

Sweet Roses Chinese restaurant is reasonable compared with all the other restaurants I've visited. You can get a plate of rice with mixed vegetables and chicken for 55Ghc but the Ghanaians owned restaurants above 80Ghc My conclusion is the Ghanaians business people don't care about customers satisfaction but only the money.

I have been to this place quite a number of times and had completely different experiences. In 2019, their food was actually really good, but now (November, 2021), it really isn't the best and many dishes on the menu were not available.

Me and my wife took a trip from Quebec,Canada to Kumasi, Ghana. We ordered some food from this place for a late night snack, it was hard to speak to them, so we asked the reception to speak on hour behalf, they took 1H30 hours to bring the food, kept lying on the phone, after lying for 1h, they told us they didn't even make the food yet and the driver wouldn't come to our hotel for less than 40 GCH. Then they said including transport and the food the total came to 200 GCH, when the guy arrived, he asked 240 GCH. Later when checking the price on their website, they actually just doubled everything. Dishonest and Unprofessional.

Ordered at their place last monday. Dishonest. They made us wait 1h30 for the delivery. When we finally called for inquiring, they said we were too far. They doubled the prices of all the items, knowing that we were foreigners and they charged an extra 40GHC at the delivery, saying it wasnt included in the initial price. Really dishonest. Disappointed. Tourists must be careful. Dont recommend.

Food is quiet pricey. Wait time is between 45mins to an hour, really long. Fried rice with pork chops sauce wasn’t extraordinary. Pork was fried and portion is sauce wasn’t encouraging. The fried squid is spicy, crispy and delicious

I was able to try their golden fried shrimps. They were not bad, i've just had better. The customer service is good, place is serene and nice. Wait time is about 20 to 25 minutes depending on what you're getting I assume. All in all, nice experience. I will definitely try their food next time, because I've only heard good remarks.

The food is good, but it's chinese in african way. Not possible to pay with card, and I was not informed about that before I made an order. Ice coffee was good, but it took 20 minutes to made it. Food arrived after 35 minutes. Considering the number of staff and number of customers, they could be faster...

This is my gallizion time eating here. It is always the most amazing constitent taste and quality with their mango smoothies. 😁. I also try different dishes like rice, prawns and sauces but forgive me here- I always excited to eat so I forgot to take a picture until it's gone😅

I can say I enjoy their Chinese but obviously don't compare with the ones I have had in China. They waiters don't really come around to take orders. I almost left when I last visited because I sat there for over 20 min trying to get someone to come take my order.
