I'm from Kentucky. Not as much fried chicken as I would expect... But I came here to ski. The app is great. The employees are very helpful. The resort is currently respectfully of covid protocols. Much appreciated. Great lifts and diverse terrain.

Aspen is probably my favorite place to ski in the US. Not because it has the best terrain, although the terrain is very good, but because of how magical the town is. Aspen really is a special place and I'd highly recommend anyone going there for the first time to stay in town. As far as the skiing goes, Ajax as it's known, is not for beginners. You need to be a solid intermediate to ski that mountain and I'd say the same thing for the Highlands. Buttermilk and Snowmass are better for beginners but they are outside of town where Ajax resides. Snowmass is a good 20 minutes away. Just keep that in mind as your planning the trip. Otherwise I couldn't recommend a visit to Aspen highly enough!

This is a very nice area with gorgeous views. You can see for miles. We had lunch at one of the little cafes and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and the area was clean and well kept. We had an enjoyable day at the top and would love to go again.

We did the snowshoe nature hike. Loved it. Beautiful terrain. Learned a lot about local critters and mountain living. Highly recommend

Wonderful place to ski and zip line views were extraordinary

I love the town and i would love to live here one day.Very nice ski resort, with helpful and friendly staff. The Gondolas were well maintained and clean. As well the ride to the top of Ajax mountain was very pleasant with the breathtaking scenery all around you. The Sundeck restaurant at the top is a great spot to warm up or take in a luncheon as you overlook the city of Aspen and all the beautiful surrounding mountains.

Gondola to the top was a great experience for my grandson . We were visiting our son and his family who live in the area. Lots for the kids to do at the top and lunch was good. The only issue was the lack of staff at checkout.
