Amazing place. In my opinion the best stakehouse in Paraguay and for sure one of the best in the world. The restaurant concept is a buffet with focus in the meat. A perfect place for all type of customers since the buffet counts also with pastas, salads and other vegetarian dishes. The quality of the staff, their politeness and the level of attention was also incredible. All in all a place that no one should miss when visiting Paraguay.

It's a recommendation to be there. Not to expensive but as good as it could be. Many diferentes food, vegetables and canned fruits to choose and the chefs constantly every couple of minutes offering different kinds of BBQ as long as you want and all for the same price. A must try for meat lovers (top quality cuts and preparation), and fans of varied options (Asian, Portuguese, etc.) I visited Gaucho on a Thursday for lunch and it was busy - I recommend making a reservation ahead of time for supper. Prices are very reasonable, too (2x people, multiple beers for less than $100 CAD).

This place is a MUST visit. We are English and have limited Spanish and so it’s been hard to communicate BUT this restaurant was great. The meat was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some speak English but even those that don’t we’re happy and friendly to us. If we had more time we would DEFINITELY visit again. The meat was really well cooked and lots of selection. Clean and tidy and nice area.
