My hair got botched!!!! I asked for my hair curled as in put my hair in rollers. What i got was a terrible flat iron that frizzed within ten minutes of me being outside. I cant even salvage it. I didnt ask for a flat iron i wanted curls. How a hairstylist is black and wants to flat iron natural hair. If you didnt understand ask me to be more specific. Then she took three inches off my hair. My split ends werent that bad. I had 1/2 of splits not three inches. Im forewarning all dont go to that salon.

My wife went to her het hair trimmed and they charged her an extra $15.00 due to long hair. The haircut took 15 minutes they did not wash or wet her hair, she did not have a bunch of layers or anything. Never had this happened to her. I find it completely unacceptable. She is very easy to make happy and dosent make a fuss but this upset her. I do not think she will be back. Also she did leave a tip but she would have tipped more had she not been charged extra for a bogus reason. If they were going to charge her more they should have said that upfront. Not after. This is in my opinion false advertising and price gouging.

I came in for a wash, trim and flat iron for my natural hair. My hair was in the middle of my back. Not only was the stylist heavy handed and rough with my hair. She cut my hair to shoulder length. It was only supposed to be a trim. Make matters worst one side is longer then the other. She totally butcher my hair. I left with a huge headache and all my hair cut off. I should have told her to stop. I will never return to this place again.

NO STARS : paid her to literally stop gave her 3$ they obviously don't know what they are doing I got curly hair she never washed it went straight to brushing my hair out and said she wasn't bc it would get longer than curl back up. Should of known better when I saw she ain't had much hair herself Lord bless her soul she straight tried to ignore me as well when I told her to stop. Ain't letting no raggedy hair girl make me look just as bad. God was with her today 🙏

I honestly wish i could do no Stars ! Y’all may hair is pasted my butt I went in yesterday and asked for layers !! Half of my hair is one length and the other is all the way to my shoulders ! Now my hair looks like I have unfinished weave in my hair !!! I’m so mad ! The lady took five minutes on my hair ! I understand it’s long and thick ! If you didn’t want to do it I would have went else where !!! They want me to come back so they can fix it !!! There is no fixing with without them cutting off all of my hair !!! Y’all really need to get a better stylist !!

Its very bad i told her i wanted my hair color different but... insted of that she charged me extra money which was bad and she made me bald i asked for a refund right this instant and they refused this really ruined my day

Great place get your hair cut, wash and style. Price are reasonable and all the stylist are professional and do an amazing job. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
