As an East Coaster. Culvers had been on my list for a while. Seeing that they are in Houston, it was a must that I indulge. The excellent customer service and recommendations went a long way. The burger was cooked right, and the cheese curds were bright and flavorful.

This is place is amazing. I wish there were several more locations. This location is really clean The seating area is pretty good with nice booths & tables. Custard is made throughout the day everyday their open. All food is prepared fresh soon as you order it. Prices are reasonable with burger prices starting around $5+ Their fountain drinks are Pepsi products. I definitely recommend Culvers

Tonight was my first time here at Culver’s and it will not be my last. The food is delicious, the prices are fair and the atmosphere is lively. I love the oldies music selection that played while we dined in. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ spot.

The customer experience is outstanding. The food is to die for down to the burgers, fries, onion rings and cheese curds and of course the ice cream. The fries,onion rings and cheese curds taste like the never touched the oil. They taste so fresh. It was a really nice experience.

The food was awesome. Burger was fresh and full of flavor, fries were perfect, and the custard was divine. Also, it was a busy lunchtime and Tyrell was still super helpful, attentive, and cool under pressure. We need more of these around Houston.

9/15: We tried this spot out of curiosity and to be honest it was slighty challenging to see how to order since everything is sold seperately and not in combo. The food was pretty good but feel the burger I got could have some more taste to it but you have the option to built your burger here. The price is slighty high I feel for being a fast food. Employee are very great at attending. Our order was messed up but they fixed it and apologized. This is a good spot if you want to try some burgers. Its okay compare to other fast food burgers. In terms of fast food, this is the higher quality option compared to the popular national chains. Burgers and fries are tasty, and thr best part is that they make the frozen custard in house. Kids meals are a good deal and come with a serving of their signature frozen custard.

Finally a fast food restaurant that is clean and well kept! The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful as this was my first time here. The shake is a little too sweet for my taste but still delicious. Definitely will come back again.

They are currently offering curbside as of this review which is nice. The line can be a little slow. Majority of the time the orders are correct but make sure to check your receipt to make sure they correctly entered what you ordered. I’ve had issues with them ringing up fries instead of the substituted sides several times. This is why I’m rating a 4/5.

Went here for my son's birthday lunch. The burger was one of the best I've had in a long time. Frozen custard was great. They even went above and beyond what was expected by singing Happy Birthday to my son. If you haven't been here give it a try. I was exceptionally pleased with everything starting from the gretting when we got inside to the thank you as we left.

I had culvers on a road trip earlier this year and it was one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had, I'll never forget it. I had the same level of great service, food, and nostalgia again when I stopped by this Houston location. Tip: If you're into "shamrock shakes" order a mint chocolate concrete mixer sans the chocolate, and it'll be top tier!

Fantastic food! Get yourself the triple butter burger deluxe. You will not be disappointed. This chain always serves up the BEST grub, hands down. Service is ALWAYS on point and super friendly. When I can I always get a burger from my favorite place to eat. Keep up the good work! Y’all doing Wisco proud!

My absolute favorite place for a burger! Always made to order, fresh, hot and delicious! Staff are always efficient and professional. PLEASE open one in Cypress, so I don't have to travel so far for the best burger ever!

Edit: Management was quick to address this review and make it right. Went back and had a wonderful meal with the family. Spoke directly to the owner. I'm impressed with the follow-through, and commitment to make things right. My last experience at this location was pretty rough. Normally, we dine in, but this time, we hit the drive thru. Burgers looked like that were hand flattened and not even warm (all of them), and the fries were not fresh. Im normally not this picky. It was fairly disappointing considering the $50 price tag. I will say the ice cream was good. So there's that......

I loved the double cheeseburger i got last night i haven't had culver's in a while and i will be coming back more frequently. The way the cheese melted onto the patty was so delicious. The meat tasted so fresh and the Custer was amazing.

Staff is always so friendly and ready to help. Everything is made fresh to order. Food is ready fast and tastes great! Their cheese curds - excellent. Basket of fries - crispy. One of the few places left that can still make a malt, but their frozen custard flavors are always changing and are so delicious! Love coming to this location in particular for the clean environment and familiarity. Our little spot has been there since I was in high school.

This location is super clean and the food is fresh! The staff is always friendly. I like that they open at 10:00 a.m. also. Unfortunately I ate my food faster than I could take a picture of it!

I have been passing this place for years and so I finally tried them and they did not disappoint the service was A1 the lady treated me like her favorite grandson and gave me history about the food gave me suggestions and check on me the food was really good so good I wanted to take a nap I’ve only tried two items from the menu will return to try that pot roast sandwich and fish definitely coming back maybe once twice a week

I usually drop by here one to two times a month and I have to say this particular visit was the best I have ever had at this establishment. Genaro greeted me as soon as I walked in and made my day a lot better with his friendly service and amazing attitude. He talked with me for a few minutes about some of the new items that they had and even helped me understand what came on there new items. I ordered the new smokehouse BBQ burger, which was delivered in a timely manner, hot and fresh, with a side of the freshest fries I’ve ever gotten. The sandwich itself was good however, it is not something I will be ordering again as their regular culvers bacon deluxe is my favorite sandwich from their location after I finished my meal, I approach the counter to order ice cream and again Genaro greeted me promptly and offered a couple of items off their menu to help me out. I ordered a strawberry shake and it was made to perfection. I will continuously be coming back to this location as I love the service the atmosphere and the food this location is top notch.

I have to say I have ate Culver’s at least once a month for the last 8 years and they never let me down. They cook their food with love. All the vegetables are always fresh on my burgers and the buns are never stale. This is a must try place if you haven’t

I can’t believe I’m going to say it but this place is better than whataburger, the fries are fresh, the meat practically melts in your mouth and it’s full of flavor. The staff is really friendly and attentive and you’d think since it’s such a busy place it’d take forever to get your order, but it’s the complete opposite. Highly recommend it, does not disappoint.

This was my first time here, and possibly my last. My dad and I only came because of a coupon. The lady who took my order could have communicated better to the kitchen via my order to say that I didn't want Mayo, rather than a plain veggie burger. There was nothing but bread and patty. Fortunately, as I came to the counter, another associate noticed and fixed my issue quickly. I was able to add lettuce and tomato to my somewhat eaten burger. The prices were a little higher than we would've liked, and my dad's food was a little too spicy. If you love cheese, this may be a great place for you. The staff WERE helpful though. However, I need to lower my cholesterol and it didn't seem too vegan friendly. I prefer Burger King.

Surprising this was the first year I've tried Culver's but they definitely didn't disappoint. At a base its fast food so I won't compare it to my top burger places, but it's great for that quick bite. The real focus is their frozen treats. Everything I've had is killer! Haven't dined inside but have no negatives to say going through the drive-thru.

Wait in line to order drive thru. Then be ask to pull up and wait for order. Then they brought out three orders for people in front of me not in the order ordered. Then ask to move up again only to watch the people behind me get there orders first. If maybe they would let the guy who is walking back and forth in and out of the store stay in and prepare orders we could get our food in the drive thru line. Ridiculous Now even the quality of food suffers. Soggy fries drinks are watered down from wait so long.

Amazing customer service to begin with. Burgers were good along with their frozen custard. Cheese curds are good. If you've been to Freddy's Frozen custard, its about the same idea.

Got the Andes mint avalanche flavor. Delicious as usual. It was a busy night so the wait was a little long to say I only ordered custard.

Great service and food. Excellent gluten free items! I feel so safe eating here when the gf bun is warmed in its own sealed package.
