    They seemed to be a little short staffed which took the check-in process a little longer because no one was there. No waters or anything was offered for diamond member status. We asked for more towels the next morning because we were out and never received any. The staff was not rude by any means and the rooms appeared to be clean, but they just didnt seem to have much help on hand.

    We recently completed a 3 month stay at this hotel and I have only positive things to say. Chelly, the Assistant GM was most accommodating and did everything to make our stay very pleasant. All of the staff at this location are very friendly and literally did everything they could to make our extended stay comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, the room was fantastic, and the facility was always clean and inviting. The location of this hotel is convenient and lends itself to being family-friendly. I made quite a few friendships during this stay, both with staff and with fellow guests. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, quiet hotel that is close enough to the airport without all of the noise and traffic of some of the places that are literally next to the airport proper.

    The hotel is a normal well run Hampton. Be aware that the construction in the area is a complete nightmare. Try to listen to your navigation software and sneak in from the back.

    This Hampton Inn and Suites is a home away from home. The staff are friendly and receptive. The rooms are clean. The environment is quiet for a good night sleep. They are generous with providing water on demand. DEZ at the front desk is awesome! He will ensure that your needs are met upon arrival and during your stay.

    i’ll have to say this is a very clean and friendly environment. the bathroom was flawless and the air conditioning in the room was just right and put me straight to sleep. the breakfast was pretty good and the people at the front desk were friendly. i loved my stay. located in a nice area and it was close to the IAH airport. i will def come back to this hotel on my next trip to mexico !!

    The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best that I've had at a hotel. The only thing that I wish could be changed was you had to notify the front desk if you wanted a "room refresh" during your stay, which I did the second day (right after the first night there), and someone cleaned the room. However, no one cleaned the room after that, but I only asked once so I understand why. There is a little sticker on the mirror in the bathroom that said to please notify staff if you wanted a "room refresh" so you didn't feel like they just forgot your room. I know more hotels are going to people not getting their rooms cleaned during their stay unless they ask, so this is not an only this hotel thing. Also, we stayed for my husband's cousins wedding and they had welcome bags waiting for us from the couple, which was sweet. The night before the wedding I had to help the matron of honor unjam the printer, so that may need to be fixed. Overall 10/10 would recommend staying here!

    Great stay! Our room was ready on time, very clean. Front desk agent was friendly as we walked by, as I had checked in on the Hilton app easily, just as easy to use to check out the following day after we left. The pool was clean too. Loved the variety of options for breakfast to choose from, and quite a few options for restaurants nearby. Great location!

    Room was clean and the daytime staff was accommodating. The breakfast isn't the greatest but the hotel is located near several restaurants so it balances out. The one major complaint is about the night staff. We requested an early morning wake up call for check out so we could get to our departing flight on time. Unfortunately, the night staff didn't know how to set a wake up call. More unfortunately, the night staff didn't tell us or their coworkers that they didn't know how to set one. Needless to say, we barely made it to the fight on time, no thanks to the untrained night staff.

    The only negative feedback about the hotel is that they only have a Tesla EV charger but promote their hotel as an EV charging available. But receptionist DEZ is an hero

    My first stay here was one of the best. The young lady working the front desk with locs was very kind and pleasant. She was very understanding with my situation at the time and made my check in process stress-free. There was a welcome bag of complimentary water. The room was amazing. Clean and fresh. I will recommend this location over and over again!

    Deja was a great customer service representative, but Dez was very disrespectful and has a problem with working the front desk in a respectful manner. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment when speaking to paying customers. Other than the terrible experience with that man, the room was clean apart from the curtains. I’ve always had a good experience with Hampton and Hilton, been staying there for years in many different countries and never experienced what I did with Dez.

    So I went to stay with my family, 2 dogs included. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. The hallways are super hot. I’m not sure if that’s normal. Anyway, the rooms were nice looking. Everything looked clean BUT since I have toddlers who loooove taking off their shoes— that’s how I found out how filthy the floors were. I only felt this way about the floors. Everything else was nice and clean. I kept wiping off my children’s feet bc they kept getting black with grime. Even my feet got black and I hardly walked barefoot at all! I couldn’t call for it to be cleaned bc I had dogs that would be a loud nuisance so we just dealt with it. One thing I absolutely HATED were the barn door restrooms that didn’t seem to lock. Toddlers were constantly in the restroom EVEN if you were on the toilet. My dog even walked by and pushed it open with her nose. Talk about NOSEy. The pool pics I’ve seen are really deceiving. It’s tiny. Like a little square. Road construction is awful right off of the road it’s on. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault but it’s worth noting because it’ll probably be like that for a looooong while and it looked like there was only one entry road to the hotel that was really sharp and narrow. Especially for a pickup truck or anything larger. The breakfast area is reeeally nice. This hotel shined in that area. And had plenty of options to choose from. We all really liked it. I left after only one night because I just hated the barn doors and didn’t want to fight traffic in construction.

    Thieves. I was charged $400 for them to wash towels and sheets they would have already washed. I usually don’t write reviews but the lack of professionalism or reason when I explained this situation was frustrating. I use a color depositing conditioner that comes off surfaces with a non harsh cleaner (I use Meyers at home and it works) and out of towels and fabrics with regular detergent and this location charged me $400 for that because $400 is the flat fee for damages incurred. First off, there would have been no “damages incurred” after doing laundry, second $400 for that is robbery. I travel to Houston every other week for the past year and stay in hotels and not one of them has charged me a damages fee, including this very hotel a couple months prior. Maybe I caught someone on a bad mood that day? Who knows. I know everyone threatens their business and who cares? The business will thrive on; but this way highway robbery.

    For the price I guess I can’t be too upset but there was a smell in the room. Like almost a moldy smell. Also there were like stains (maybe mold) in the corner of walls in the room. But again for the price I guess I can’t be mad.

    Great place to stay but roadwork makes entry and exit difficult. Lots of room for improvement on breakfast, especially hot items like bacon and eggs.

    Omg this is one of the best places. The people who work there are so nice, the service was excellent, and all the amenities were on point. Definitely a place I will stay again. Thank you for being such great hosts.

    We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was nice and we had 2 queen beds. It was quit. And the Staff was kind and professionnel. And the location was perfect, we will come back.

    Sarah at the front desk was amazing. Made me a reservation on the spot and handled my billing issue with the credit card company instead of sending me away to handle it on my own. A+ service

    Its a clean hotel but since COVID very body is making excuses. Here at Hampton they stoped cleaning the rooms every day also on request the are saying they will clean your room every 5th day of staying because of COVID. I don’t like excuses thats why the 3 stars.

    We were there to vote. Took the opportunity to observe while there. Nice place and clean even though there was a lot of people. If I had company visiting and needed space I would certainly seriously consider this place. Even though we were there for voting the staff was outstanding offered us to set and rest with a cup of coffee. Rare customer interaction in todays times.

    A decent hotel but with some problems. First off, at 4:30PM I'm getting ready to change out of my work clothes and I hear my door opening and the "head of housekeeping" walks in. There's absolutely no reason she should even be coming in my room let alone doing it without knocking. Nobody at the hotel seemed to care and treated me like I was wrong for being upset. Second, every single power outlet in the room was worn to the point where my chargers wouldn't stay on unless held in a certain position, if at all. I had to remove the access panel under the nightstand to get to an outlet that would reliably charge my phone. The floors in the bathroom were sticky. The breakfast made me sad. All the hot food was cold.

    My wife and I used to manage hotels so we know what's up. This place was great even though we got in super late. The night audit did a great job of explaining everything and getting us checked in quickly. The lobby, fitness, hallways and our room were clean. The bed was comfortable and the room and hallway were quiet. We'll be back when we visit family near by.

    The manager and all staff members were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They provide the kind of hospitality that should be provided at all establishments. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area. Thank you for the great service!!

    Room this time was more comfortable, but them evening Girl who checked us in was not as professional. Had on a hoodie on and was not as friendly and polite as others that have helped us in the past.

    Enjoyed our stay. The room was huge. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. A special shout out to Tayla on night shift. I enjoyed talking with her when I was staying up too late.

    We always stay at this facility when we come to Houston. It is always clean, well maintained and the staff is always friendly and anxious to accommodate us. My wife has handicapped needs. Always a good experience. Before I retired, I traveled and stayed at Hampton hotels exclusively. You guys are the gold standard in my book. Thank you all.

    Great hotel in Atascosita. Received an upgrade on my room. Nice facility but breakfast has room for improvement. Especially the scrambled eggs which were cold and did not taste like real eggs.

    Room was large,walk in shower was large and spacious, everything was very clean. Guest services were very friendly and helpful. Will be staying at Hamptons again after this experience. Highly recommend!
