There were 4 in our group. 2 hours it took and finally we said to get the last sushi roll to ho. Everyone was nice, bit they need real sushi chefs. Not couple of kids pretending to know what they're doing.

Ok, so this was my first time to a sushi bar. I had a fantastic time!! The Sushi chef (idk if that's what they're called) had a fantastic personality. He had us rolling the whole time we were there. The food was amazing! The spicy tuna nachos were to die for! I will definitely be going back. They also have a location in Baytown. You've gotta try this place!

Been coming here for years since before they were at this location. Lately service is terrible. Second time I have left due to bad service now, and I am not sure if I will be returning. The server never gave me a menu. She didn’t check on me or ask if I wanted to order and started to take care of the people next to me who came in after me. I sat their patiently waiting for a menu and to order. The guy who makes the sushi is the only person who asked if I needed anything. He walked away from the middle of making his sushi to get me a menu. The waitress even brought the people next to me their drinks before mine when I came in first and had been there for a good 5 minutes or so waiting before they even came in. I was excited to unwind and enjoy some of my favorite things, but then the server gave me attitude after she saw the expression on my face after she took their order before even asking me if I wanted anything. I’m highly disappointed.

Came by tonight and had some sushi , sashimi, and other items. They were really good!!! The owner Michelle, is so nice she was very quick and attentive. I WILL be back for those pork pot stickers and shrimp shumai!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Servers were very friendly but a little bit discombobulated. The atmosphere was dark if you like for privacy/romance. We were served the appetizer at the same time as our first sushi rolls, which are good size but we were pretty hungry so we ordered a second round just one roll to try another kind as well. The tables were a bit small (my husband and I are big eaters so there was little room for the app/rolls/drink dishes). The food is excellent, very tasty, well presented, on the innovative side and saucy which is why I chose this spot for our sushi date night. Another reason we went with this place is because of it’s hours. The other options for sushi in the area closed too early at 10 or 11pm on a Friday (hello weekend?)

I loved both of my experiences there. And my young adult kids love it too. They really made us comfortable right away and very personable. Owners are awesome and oh yeah, the food was great! Even the presentation is fun. The kids even sang karaoke. They were a hard no at first and after having such a good time, they couldn’t deny it. I will be back as long as I live in Houston!

Had a great time. The waiter was super friendly and fun. Even though he said I was wrong when playing 20 questions with my gf. He gave a great recommendation for an off menu fried rice with Sriracha sauce.

What an amazing surprise. I’m a sushi snob and this place is on point. Service was fantastic food was amazing. I was very surprised and not expecting what I got to be this damn good. I’ll be back new spot for sure 100% recommend!!!

Husband and I came to get some sushi. We were told to sit down anywhere by a passing waitress. We sat down and nobody ever came to hand us a menu or anything. A few minutes later, another couple came in after us and they proceeded to begin serving them before us. I found this to be super rude so I got up and left. Also the place has super weird vibes, it's giving 80s bar scene. Idk where the good reviews are coming from.

Its a family owned business and the servers are so nice. They treat everybody like they are a regular. The drinks are good, the sushi is non traditional but SO GOOD. (Recommend the NOLA and the surf n turf) Love this place!

I ordered online a shaggy dog. I love them. But when I got home opened the box. The susi had Blu stuff all on it. They weren't bad, but not the best. HEB is was better. I've just never seen blue shaggy dogs before..

Amazing flavor on sauces that so compliment the sushi so well. Presentation was impressive. Fresh and flavorful ginger salad lots of different greens topped with a pretty strawberry!

I tried it because this place got good reviews. However, the food was not good and took about half an hour to get. There was only 5 or 6 people there and just as many workers. The place was dirty and it didn't help that this lady had rested her dirty feet in flip flops on the sushi bar to show someone something. The waiters and staff said nothing to her. Please do yourselves a favor and find a more sanitary establishment.

The staff is super friendly and the presentation is beautiful, but I wasn't a fan of the sushi itself. There were some weird flavor combinations like blue cheese with salmon, and the nagiri sushi had too much citrus. Maybe I just tried the wrong dishes.

The food is amazingly delicious and the cocktails are high quality as well. Very comfortable, and great service. Perfect for a low-key date night. We will be back! Hint: Ask for the Roger Rice.

Quality is what you want when you choose Sushi. This place has it! The portions of sushi were large and the roll was the best! One of my favorites in Texas for sure! Fast service and attention to the customer is what I look for. I will definitely be coming back for my next sushi fix!

Great staff, great atmosphere and great food! Very clean and comfortable. Careful though, you might spend more than you anticipated! 😉 We got the rainbow roll and the Grasshopper roll. Both were absolutely delicious.

Ordered sushi and chicken fried rice. For drinks ordered long Island iced tea. Talking about food first, I would say I like the sushi and the presentation. Sushi gets 5/5. The reason I took away 2 points was because of the other things I ordered were not up to my expectations based of my past experience at this place. Chicken fried rice was very bland no flavor, dry rice and very overcooked. The chicken and vegetables in the rice were not properly combined/mixed together. You can still see some chunks of the white rice. The other thing was that on one side there were hardly any chicken in the rice and ended up finding more chicken on the other side of the rice...I had to mix everything together. Chicken in the rice wasn't that appetizing. Again bland flavor felt like eating boiled chicken breast that was seasoned with salt and pepper. The drinks were not that great. I had to switch long Island iced tea for a moscow mule. Which was alright. In the past I have had better experience with food and drinks. Service was exceptional 👌

Food was fresh and service was quick. Reasonable prices, happy hour was a great deal. Chicken bites were very plain, I don't think they even had salt. Crab Rangoon was good, decently stuffed. Pot stickers were delicious, they were our favorite item. Maui tacos were really good too. Not sure why they came coated in some brown sauce that wasn't mentioned in the description. Philly roll was okay. The rice ratio was a bit more than I like. Shaggy roll was good, shrimp was crunchy and fresh. Both sushi roll plates came coated with sauce. I can see they're using it as decorative garnish but if you don't like it you're suck with it touching your food. Drinks were a great. The happy hour prices in general were worth it. I would recommend it.
