Not a big fan, have had much better food elsewhere. The meat (beef and chicken) were unseasoned and tasted low-end, the beans were runny but had some good flavor, and the rice was cooked well and tasted great. The restaurant is kept very brisk, somewhere in the low 60's it felt like, and there was a sharp aroma of chemical smell in the air upon entering. The salsa was warm which I appreciated but tasted of too much cilantro, and the soda tasted like cleaner. That being said, the wait staff was very nice and quick with everything, the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Overall, I won't be coming back here but if you're in the area it's worth a try.

Favorites are the crispy beef taco dinner, the beef and cheese enchiladas, fajita nachos, tortilla soup, and chicken flautas - so crispy and juicy! And I even like their rice and beans. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. Fast service! Pictured is the Tex-Mex combo. Goes great with the beer-rita. It's like getting to try a bit of everything in one meal- haha. Love their chips and salsa. Chips are not too thick and not too thin with a smooth (not grainy) texture and always crispy. The regular salsa is flavorful and not too spicy, but we ask for their special spicy salsa. They guy who makes it is the one serving the chips and salsa and getting drinks. He's rightfully proud of his salsa! So delicious! We mix it with the regular salsa and it's so, so good! My husband often buys a pint to take home. He loves it! The shopping strip they're in got a facelift. Now they're so fancy and lots more windows. It looks very modern and fresh now, but I am partial to the homey, kitschy vibe they used to have where it looked like a Mexican villa inside. Still same great people, food, and service!

We have been visiting this restaurant for over 4 years and the food has been very consistent. The food is always served hot. The waiters are friendly and remember your favorite dishes and routines. The wait staff is fantastic. Addendum to earlier reviews and the recipes of tasty food, prompt service and food served hot has not changed.

Forgot to take pics! Absolutely the best cheese enchiladas hands down! I don't know what it is but whatever kind of cheese they use is absolutely the bomb! I've been several times and i have never been disappointed. The drinks are good as well...at least the margaritas cause that's all I can handle! 😀

We went here on Saturday evening which I saw that it was not really crowded. It took only 5 minutes in waiting for us to get a table. The service is really good and fast. Later then we found out that they had a great deal for margarita drink for only $1.99. This deal is only for all day on Saturday!

We've driven by this place a few times and FINALLY made it in to try it out... my son and I went for a lunch date... all he wanted was rice. He'd been asking for it for a couple days... it was SOOOOO good. I know, what a silly thing to point out but so many restaurants have moosy rice or it lacks flavor... if a place can't get rice correct, most of the time the rest of the food tends to follow suit. Not this place... everything was on point. The service was perfect, the food was amazing, the prices weren't bad either! We've got about 15 other Mexican restaurants between our house and this place but we'll be making it a point to drive by the others and make our way right back to La Villa. (Larger menu pages are lunch menus, smaller print, 4 column pages are the dinner menus) meal pictured is the #1 off the lunch menu.

I've never had a dish here that disappointed me. I recommend their taco salads (but make sure to get a side of rice and beans to throw in as they aren't included in their taco salads), especially the beef fajita! The enchiladas Verdes are ssoooo good. The queso. The margaritas. The service and atmosphere. Love this local establishment!

it was ok. the shrimp and rice was good menudo needed a bit of help bland not enough spice needed more flavor beans a little watery for my liking. waiter I had was super busy and wouldn't let us finish our requests before her was hurrying away from table. made us a bit frustrated.

This is the most delicious Tex mex I have ever had. The enchiladas are to die for. Specifically the cheese enchilads! I love this place! Friendly and very fast service! Cheap and delicious. Oh and strong margaritas!

We’ve decided to try this place out again and I’m glad we did. The food was good and prices were very reasonable this place will be a weekly go to. Can’t beat the prices. Much cheaper than our usual place, now just have a kid eat free and it would be great!

The food was absolutely delicious. Our order was taken promptly and it was returned promptly. Piping hot and so full of flavor. The wait staff was wonderful and they kept our drinks filled without asking. I've recently remodeled and the side wall is All Glass and it opens it up and makes the whole place even more inviting. This was a lovely dining experience.

Food was great, the salsa for the chips could be spicier. I got the gold margarita and it taste really good. My guy got the beer Rita and he didn’t like the margarita mix. Food was authentic and we loved it 🥰

Nice spot, good food 👍 I don't think the double-sided booths are the best idea though, just bc last time I went the people behind me and my brother kept scooting around and moving us all over the place. Best to sit at a table if possible! I like the Spanish rice here a lot.

I should have taken a picture of the carne guisada plate I ordered it was really sloppily put onto the plate. I have never never had carne guisada made like that the gravy had a strange taste not good at all. The meat wasn't tender stewed type meat as guisada should be either. Rice was okay beans were okay. My wife had the special which was chicken soup she said it was good. Salsa was okay chips were okay. All in all okay would I ever go back probably not and if so I'd avoid the carne guisada plate for sure.

I love this restaurant. The food is always delicious and consistent and the service is always amongst the best I've received anywhere. We almost didn't stop in the first time because the exterior looks pretty run down, but I'm so glad that we did! We frequent this place more than any other restaurant now. Great job La Villa!

Fajitas were delicious and so was the sopapillas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Micheladas were ok. I don't really like the clamato based Micheladas, I'm more of a spicy drinker. I would come here again and would definitely recommend a visit here for some good Mexican food.

This place the service was extremely bad. The waiter was a tall skinny man very rude didn't want to refill our drinks then the lady in the black shirt working at the front was very rude ask her for my sweet tea to go and she said she has to charge me for another drink not right at all. I wish a manager would get back with me the lady said the manager wasn't there. Very very rude place. Food good service bad

I'm from California, I've been here 5 months. I've been looking for a mexican restaurant that reminded me of that authentic California Mexican food flavor. This comes pretty darn close. Today was my first time trying them and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the fast friendly service. They were quite busy but still managed to give excellent service. The food was very delicious. I rate it a 9 out of 10. It hit the spot. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Nice cozy spot
