Beyond impressed with this hotel!! My corner room was lovely!! Very clean and spacious modern looking room, bed was comfortable too. Walk in shower in our room was simple and elegant. Front Desk Staff are informative and friendly, even at midnight when we just rolled in. My favorite little hidden hotel for getaways with my friends. Great location, we will be back.

This rating is based solely on the customer service and business operations. I contacted the Garden Inn Express to request an itemized receipt for the stay of one of my organization's employees. The man who answered the phone did so with a "Yeah". He was rude and told me to bother someone else with my questions, then hung up on me before I could ask to be transferred to the Accounting department. If you are a visitor who needs itemized receipts to provide as support for you business trips, do not stay at this hotel as it is unable to produce the receipts.

Great experience! Located conveniently near by IAH and Golf club of Houston. Very quiet room was large enough for us and felt more spacious then expected. Free WiFi and Truck parking was very helpful for us as we were here for work also helped accommodate our service dog. I love this place I’ll be back 5 stars !

If I could give a 6 stars I would. I called to make sure there was rooms available and was told there was many! Got there and he was ready with the key and room was ready ahead of time. I told him I had a service dog and he helped us with a room on the first floor. Comfortable bed and good location. Very helpful. Amazing one night stay for us.

Very comfortable bed and the room was clean, spacious with led tv with Netflix ! I got to watch my own shows. The Staff is friendly and the hotel is located close to IAH airport and Golf Club of Houston. I will be back !

I was going to stay here for about 4 days but for a nightly rate of 75$ I'm just going to go to a more known hotel. Not sure if the rate is the same for everyone or he just took a look at me and made something up. He asked how many people (as if that matters) were with me, I said just me. Never the less, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Very nice modern rooms. Stayed for 3 nights and was very impressed. Clean rooms with really simple/elegant design. Has walk in shower, mini fridge, microwave, 65 inch tv, comfortable sofa and a work desk as well as other amenities are available. Close to a lot of places to eat !

This place is super clean. They have a huge TV in each room. The parking is also decent sized. The restroom is really nice. Price is affordable nothing crazy that will break the bank for a nice room.

He started making so many excuses.By law a service dog can stay at any hotel. Very rude. Horrible experience. I will be setting a complaint to the state.

Very new and very clean establishment. I wish they had free hot breakfast.. Decent priced rooms and new furniture. Had a wonderful night sleep when we stayed here. This will be where we stay when we visit the Humble area.
