Amazing experience. I had a laceration to the tip of my finger late at night and arrived at 7:40pm (their closing time is 8pm). Everyone was so nice and patient, and the check-in process is very streamlined through online form. Beautiful, clean facility. The providers and staff were super nice and helpful. Cleaned my wound so well and took extra care in numbing me up before the stitches. I felt bad causing them to stay 40 minutes late past their closing time. Much appreciated for all their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in for a sprained ankle and the treatment and service that I received was great. I had to wait for a little bit until the nurse and doc came in BUT when they did show up to exam me, the bedside manner was superb! The nurse was really cautious with my injury and helped me in and out of the room. The doctor was kind and compassionate as well. She offered to even help me to my car. Staff was very helpful. I like the quick online check-in as well and the facility was extremely clean. I would recommend other to go here

The care was efficient and the customer service was awesome. Bedroom manners were absolutely a plus. The wait was short to be seen and not because I was rushed. My doctor took great interest in listening to me and assessing my symptoms. It’s just that you can tell she was well-skilled in her area and takes pride in her career. Furthermore, you could tell she cared about me as a PERSON and patient which means so much. Great job, CareNow! NOW…heading to get the antibiotics you expertly prescribed for me. (I research while waiting. Lol)

The front office staff was very friendly and polite. The wait time from turning in new patient paperwork to them calling me to the back was about 10 minutes. The medical staff was caring and efficient! I would definitely return to this facility.

When I arrived to complete a drug screening for a potential job, the facility was completely empty. I cleared my throat to announce my presence and a female employee came from the back office area. I explained why I was there and she provided me with paperwork to complete. I completed my paperwork within minutes and gave it back to the employee. To my surprise, I had to wait twenty minutes before going back to complete my screening. Again, I was the only person in the building besides the employees at the time. I’ve completed screenings before at other facilities that had people ahead of me that gave better, more expedient service. The fact that I had to express to the woman that I really had to use the restroom before being brought back after such a long wait was bothersome. As soon as I mentioned that, she went into the back and a male employee came out to get me immediately. The screening took all of four minutes to complete. Why did an empty building make me wait almost a half hour?

The day before Thanksgiving and they were super busy and the wait was long. But I have to say everybody was genuinely nice and caring from the front desk, the nurse, the MA, and the provider who saw me and my daughter. Truly appreciated them and I wish I could remember each of their names for shoutouts.

Care Now has always been amazing. From the online scheduling and waiting at home for a call back time to come in with less waiting and crowding to the awesome health care staff. Everyone treats you with kindness, respect and being very friendly. Because of these qualities I never mind going. I know I'll get the best and latest technology along with knowledge. Letha the nurse practionier and Brenda the nurse are my angels. Shout out to them and the front office lady which I'm sad to say didn't get her name. All get 5 stars 🌟

I would go to her as my regular CareNow Urgent Carer if I could. Highly recommend. I just really enjoy physicians who listen and don’t make you feel incompetent. She did just that! Very easy to talk to.

Update: I have been here 3 times now and everytime, I have a great experience. All the doctors are great, the staff is great. They see you quickly and are very caring. This is the only urgent care I'll go to from now now. I was seen quickly. They took time to get a thorough health history and to learn about my current symptoms. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like they really cared. Everyone in the office was really nice. The visit went smoothly. They will definitely be my go to urgent care clinic. The Dr. knew exactly what medicines to give me to knock my sickness out and I started feeling better that evening. I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

Fast, kind, and professional. I had an earache for a few days and went in after a United City Church service. The physician took time to explain why I was having discomfort. I had fluid behind my ear and she recommended an over the counter decongestant. We have used this Clinic about 5 times over the past few years and we are always pleased with the staff, the PA’s and physicians.

A little bit of a wait but I was dealt with kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was kind and gave me a heads up that there were four people ahead of me. I was able to run an errand and she texted me when I was next. I so appreciated that. I was triaged by Nurse Brian and he was very kind and gentle. I wasn’t feeling really great. I saw NP Ferguson and she was thorough and kind. I’m happy with my experience and I will be back again for any of our urgent care needs. Thank you

The team at CareNow! The lady at the front desk was kind and patient, not only with me but with every single patient that she helped. I am traveling soon and has to take a quick COVID test. The entire team were friendly, warm and welcoming. 100% recommend.

The staff here is very patient and polite. They were extremely patient with me, and helped me out with all the questions I had. You can really tell that they focus on providing a good service. I will definitely return if I ever need another test.

We have seen Dr. Birnbaum twice now for my children’s acute illness. He is friendly, caring, and thorough. All of the staff are great with kids. I appreciate knowing we can rely on Care Now when the pediatrician urgent care is hard to schedule.

Dr. Nichols is top notch!! He is so personable and friendly and he is so knowledgeable! Care now, you guys have a great physician and he is definitely a keeper! What an awesome experience. Quick online check-in process saved the uncomfortable wait in an urgent care waiting room that I was used to. Super clean facility and amazing staff. Arrived at the facility at 636p.m. for a pre employment UDS and was turned away. The receptionist stated that they weren't able to see me because they were closing in less than an hour and by law, they needed to give me 2 hours in the event that I was unable to give a sample. I stated that I was pregnant and with a full bladder was able to give a sample. I was still turned away. I'm disappointed, do better!

Tonight I was seen by Dr. Lascuna, he was extremely thorough, caring, and respectful. He was genuinely concerned and listened to my wife and me, the front desk assistant was also very kind and helpful to us. I really appreciated the kindness and support from everyone here. It was easy and convenient to register online and close to home. Staff was friendly and polite. Facility was spacious and clean. Ms.Jillian Clesia was so nice and professional and she diagnosed my problem right away. I will definitely use CareNow Urgent Care again.

Went in today for the very first time for some stitches after a long and eventful night I was greeted by Ms. Kiara and she made me feel so welcomed Ms. Erica also came and talked to me as I waited to be called. Duchess and Lilly took care of me as I waited for Dr Jill to stitch me up . Kiara was by far amazing she held my hand and made me feel super comfortable thank you so much ladies 🫶🏽 I will continue coming here from now on.

Best Urgent Care that I’ve visited starting with Erica from front desk who is very helpful! Nita the technician is patient and caring. Paul the provider, very attentive, takes time to educate and will make sure to take care of all issues immediately! My new Urgent Care Medical Home! Better than any other one around them.

All the staff here that I’ve encountered has been so friendly, helpful, very efficient, and so quick! And the waiting area and rooms are so clean! 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk was polite and helpful. They put me on a list for treatment which gave me about an hour wait. Suggested I wait in the car and return 5 minutes early to minimize number of people in waiting room. Called me back about 5 min. after my assigned time. Nurse, technician and doctor saw me. All nice. Got my results in 15 min. Got a prescription and instructions for care. Overall a pleasant and efficient experience.

I visited CareNow Urgent Care because I was in a lot of pain. Not only was I feeling better when I left but the service I received was amazing. The staff was very professional, the establishment was very clean, and most of all I was seen within a matter of minutes. I would recommend CareNow Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent care.

I'll rate my first experience here a 4 out of 5 only because I thought the wait time was extreme. I thought it was a little insane being how there was only 2 people in the waiting area when I walked in at 5 something pm, close to 6, & we didn't get seen until 7 something pm. Shoot, even extra people that walked in after us got seen way before me - I didn't even need to see the doctor, I just needed a drug test & TB test done. I even "saved my spot" soon after I spoke with the front receptionist as soon as we arrived. The only reason I don't give it less stars is mostly because of the customer service the lady in the back Ms. Laureen (I apologize if it's mispelled!) gave us & also the front receptionist lady did as well. Don't think I'll be coming back here but I do appreciate the care from Ms.Laureen!! She did an extra paperwork task at the front that was the receptionists' job thinking about my kiddo who had wanted to leave already before being finally called to the back. THANK YOU AGAIN & AGAIN!!

Well, not much to say. I really liked the place. The medical treatment was excellent and everyone was friendly and efficient. I will go back the next time I can't get in to see my doctor and I don't want to go to the E.R. It's the perfect solution.

I went in to get a fast covid test for travel. The visit was very unsatisfactory. First it is not walk in first come first serve . You have to have an appointment which they call a "time slot". You can only get it that day you couldn't get a time slot for the next day.. I was told if I came in early I could get and early "time slot" when I got there at 8:00, the first one in the door I was given an 11:30 time slot because all the earlier one were already given out! Although "time slots" can only be given out for the same day. I also had to wait 20 minutes even after arriving early to fill out the paper work. Even though there was only one other person in the waiting room. So my 11:30 appointment was actually started at 11:50. The most aggravating part was when I was in the day before I asked if the took United Healthcare and or Medicare and they said that what United Healthcare didn't cover Medicare would. On the day of the test they tell me, oh we don't take your insurance and that will be $255 out of pocket. The $255 is $100 more than the competitor 2 miles down the street. The people there were, cold and uncaring. I will not recommend their services to anyone.

Wait was too long for pre-employment drug screen. There was only 1 person ahead and they were not getting a drug screen but this took almost 1 hour. Everyone was polite just too long of a wait. Facility was clean, Masks were required but too long of a wait.

Scheduled an appointment online, filled out my paperwork, they called me when it was time to head up there. Minimal wait!! Nurses and PA were very pleasant. Quick friendly care!

People were really friendly. The doctor gave compassion and empathy to my situation and got me taken care of. The only part that stopped me from rating a 5 is the website check-in, there was no way to tell I was in the queue to receive service or that they even knew I was waiting. Some kind of update or something so when your waiting at home your not going crazy not knowing. In a waiting room they see you and remember your there.

I took my two year old here due to a high fever. We were treated with care and were in and out quickly. NP Ferguson not only treated my life one with care and love she so sent in preventive medicine for the rest of my family and also let me know that she was available anytime if I needed anything.

The receptionist was attentive and nice. There was no one else waiting when I got there, so I got seen asap. The intake nurse was patient, nice and I felt heard by her. The nurse practitioner was also patient and attentive. Gave me a more thorough exam than my pcp. Overall, I felt well taken care of and heard as a patient which is rare in my experience. Would recommend going here for care.

Needed to be tested for COVID due to fellow worker who tested Positive. Called ahead and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival! Front desk had necessary paperwork ready for me. Testing was done rapidly and results completed in 15 minutes. Whole process was quick and painless!! Staff was great!! Highly recommend them for urgent care needs!!!
