When
I
arrived
to
complete
a
drug
screening
for
a
potential
job,
the
facility
was
completely
empty.
I
cleared
my
throat
to
announce
my
presence
and
a
female
employee
came
from
the
back
office
area.
I
explained
why
I
was
there
and
she
provided
me
with
paperwork
to
complete.
I
completed
my
paperwork
within
minutes
and
gave
it
back
to
the
employee.
To
my
surprise,
I
had
to
wait
twenty
minutes
before
going
back
to
complete
my
screening.
Again,
I
was
the
only
person
in
the
building
besides
the
employees
at
the
time.
I’ve
completed
screenings
before
at
other
facilities
that
had
people
ahead
of
me
that
gave
better,
more
expedient
service.
The
fact
that
I
had
to
express
to
the
woman
that
I
really
had
to
use
the
restroom
before
being
brought
back
after
such
a
long
wait
was
bothersome.
As
soon
as
I
mentioned
that,
she
went
into
the
back
and
a
male
employee
came
out
to
get
me
immediately.
The
screening
took
all
of
four
minutes
to
complete.
Why
did
an
empty
building
make
me
wait
almost
a
half
hour?
