Good doctor. I went for a check up and was in and out pretty fast. Only complaint is you have to call to schedule an appointment, and a lot of times they’re busy and won’t answer. If they had an online portal to schedule appointments through I would give 5 stars.

Brought my daughter in due to her pediatrician was booked. First and final visit to this clinic. Do NOT take your kids here if you think they have an infection or may require a Rx..bc they don’t call in Rx right away until they close the office. I had never heard of this..brought her in and left office @ 1:30 pm and my (toddler) daughter crying and complaining about her ear infection and I didn’t get my Rx filled until 9:30 pm that day..how ridiculous is this. They need to prioritize necessities like the situation I had! Will definitely NOT be returning to this location EVER!!!!

They are okay. Doctors are informative. It is just inconvenient how to get any results you have to schedule another appointment. It’s just taking extra time & money from insurance or your pockets rather than just having someone call or having an online result portal. A lot of insurance only pay for annual tests so you may have to pay out of pocket for the unnecessary second one. So for instance if you go to your well womens and test for high blood pressure why should you have to pay for another appointment if you are not running any extra tests/exams on my body. Prescribing medicine, giving basic results and giving dietary advice can be given over a phone. Also lab took over a week. I’d rather go to another clinic or hospital.

I love Dr. Ortiz....she is great...and her staff is excellent also. Dr. Ortiz has some fine qualities that most other Doctor's have forgotten, she actually spends time with her patients and she actually listens to what they have to say. She is by far the best Dr. that I have ever seen.!

My husband chose this clinic when he got on his Medicare insurance and we absolutely mean it deserves every five stars. The attention they give to every detail is excellent.I can’t say enough about all the staff! I managed an ophthalmic practice and I know how a practice is supposed to run and they have my upmost respect in the way this clinic is run. Since our first visit we now have made this our family clinic.

The 2 doctors who serve are excellent, I have visited this clinic for 2 years and they have been very careful and attentive with a lot of professionalism. I love that it's only women and it's not that I mind seeing men but I prefer women. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom that is in the lobby and it is unisex, because it is the only one there and sometimes it doesn't have towels or soap. I wish there were 2.

Doctor Ortiz she has been treating me for 3 years! She has been really kind, caring and thoughtful. I feel like I am family, she has helped me and my daughter in so many ways. I will always remember her. Her staff especially Yanitza is amazing! She helps me with my appointments. I feel blessed to having met them.

I had to come to this place numerous times because they could not get my labs sent on time. Finally when everything was ready and they called me to say I just need to pick up I drove up there and is STILL was not ready. Waste of time, lack of management and unprofessional.

I'm leaving 0 stars for Ms.Ortiz at Sunrise Family Clinic I was scheduled to get a referral to get a cortisone shot for Westlake MRI They just needed a referral. I told her they did the cortisone shots there she practically called me a liar and called them right in front of me asked them if they did the shots ,of course they said yes but she was not satisfied and then begin asking them questions like what's the Dr's name?How does he do the procedure?can I speak with him?She was so difficult so I paid $70 for incompetence. I asked her why did she need to know all of that? Her answer"I don't know how to write the referral ""I never wrote a referral like that"That was so stupid!She also said She needed to know how much of a dose to order! She is Not an orthopedic surgeon , so her responses made no sense! Wasted time and money But the receptionist and nurse were kind ,polite,empathetic and professional. That means a lot when you're in pain Kudos to them and 5 stars for the receptionist and staff Thank you so much A.Armstead

I moved here from Miami and i love this clinic. The staff is nice and helpful, i love that they are open on saturdays. The doctor is attentive and i was able to get my allergy shots here as well. highly recommend

Ms. Ortiz is ok, but her staff is lacking in every way. From billing, to calling in refills, to finally getting a call TWO weeks after labs. I went to another PCP after dealing with the staff's incompetence for over a year.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ortiz for 3 years. Excellent doctor.
