URGENT WARNING: Stay Away from here... Our Unit was Broken Into and we lost EVERYTHING. 10 Units Where BROKEN Into last weekend and after 3 days, the office manager has still NOT looked at the videos. No one has called us with any information. When I asked why no one has looked at the videos, I was told that we are going through them, but there is only one person there. That is mind blowing that the company hasn't sent more people to look into this massive break in that has cost us everything. This company has no one on property for several days at a time. The units where broken into over the weekend and it just so happens that no one was in the office on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. After having 10 units completely wiped out of their belongings, you would think this company would be doing everything they could to protect its customers and FIND OUT who did this. Could this be an inside job? Was it someone who knew that no one would be at the location on Sunday and Monday? We do not know and it does not seem like the company is taking this very seriously to find out! There is only one person working here, even after the 10 units were broken into... that is incredible! They offer an upgraded insurance policy, which we were happy to take advantage of, however it turns out you are only covered for up to $4,000 which does not cover much when they allowed for ALL of these units to be completely wiped out. STAY AWAY from here and protect your belongings with a storage company that cares about its customers.

Mr. Jenkins was a great help. He went far above and beyond to help make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The facility was great and clean. Everything was easy access and I had no issues entering or leaving. Mr. Jenkins even walked me to my unit and explained every detail I needed to know about the storage, payments, and accessibility to the storage. I really appreciate him for his support and time. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for storage.

Denia has excellent customer service skills. I told her what I wanted and she showed me what I needed. She is very professional. She made sure everything was plain and clear.

I would steer clear of this storage facility. I have been renting a small 10x10 there for the past 4 months @ $146 per month. Without any notice, they raised the monthly amount by 55% to $226 monthly. I only found out by seeing the charge on my credit card statement. I believe they were recently acquired by Extra Storage so I'm sure there are a lot more fingers in the pie now. I DEFINITELY WILL BE CANCELING BEFORE THE NEXT PAYMENT RUNS!! Of course, they don't give partial refunds for unused days. Also, their "climate controlled" hallway feels very stuffy in the summer months, so they are super conservative on the amount of air being used in there.

I have not been able to access the storage facilities since my $$ was taken two days ago. District Mgr is unprofessional, and store mgr is on vacation. Stand in mgr had not reached out to me yet to assist w problems. I have had to cancel movers and pay extra for my items being stored elsewhere. I see that this company recently did a major buy out, don’t think it was worth it to deal w the lack of assistance. Humble location - Atascasita. After hour emergency wasn’t able to reach anyone. Terrible set up. And I was referred. I hate to use this review, but I revive a text msg and an email to do so. So I am leaving one. Please note, I haven’t received a call since Sunday evening to help me get access to a gate that I’ve paid a month in advance for.

Denia, the storage manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I made a reservation online and she called me shortly after to make sure she was available when I came in to purchase the unit. Prices are right and customer service is top notch!

Excellent customer service. Corey is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He went above and beyond to explain everything and show the unit. The storage unit is very clean and the prices are great for the size of the unit I got. I highly recommend this establishment.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORAGE COMPANY. Wish I could give negative stars. We rented from this location for many years. My husband went to get an item from our storage and noticed a different lock on it. He had the front desk cut the lock off after verifying payment was up to date. Every bit of his music equipment was gone and boxes we had toys from when our kids were little were ransacked. Then we find out on this review site that 10 units were robbed 1 month before we found ours hit. Not once were tenants notified of break ins. We may have been able to save our stuff or at least look for it at local pawn shops. While we were salvaging what we had left, another tenant mentioned that the long time front desk girl abruptly left around the time of the thefts. Corporate office and site manager were no help nor did they seem surprised. If you have stuff stored here, I would move out ASAP, we did.

Left this place because our storage facility was broken into TWICE. The management could have cared less. They wouldn't let is look at any footage and gave no information whatsoever. Stay away from this crooked place.

There was a young lady by the name of Karry Smith she had outstanding customer service, through my whole process she help me out with a positive attitude.Always kept a smile, she was polite ,and was respectful. she’s highly concerned about the customers being satisfied ,and well being about there and personal items.
