The cookies are ok. I prefer mine a little more done in the middle but hey, my kids love them. These were Berry Cobbler and Dulce de Leche

Huge cookies that are the same diameter as Great American Cookie Company cookies, only 3x thicker. While their flavors change every week or so, they do keep the current flavors updated on their website so you easily know when it's worth it to visit. They almost always have a mix of ordinary and adventurous flavors. The taste is pretty good too. Prices are excellent considering size and quality. My one complaint is that there's no seating either inside or outside, so you can't immediately eat the cookie they just heated up for you. Also, it would be nice if they weren't out of 1/2 their menu nearly every time I go 😥.

I was happy to notice the cookies were way bigger than expected. My favorite was the buttermilk pancake cookies, but really likes all of them. Very soft, lots of flavor. Their ice cream is also amazing!

These cookies are definitely gourmet & will give your taste buds a real sweet treat! I like that the flavors change so you're not stuck with the same thing. Depending on your taste, the weekly flavors may satisfy any craving you may have!!!

One of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. Not a huge fan of cookies but I would definitely come again and recommend 10/10!

Every staff member i have encountered has been polite and well mannered. The cookies are the BEST! My favorite part is how they switch the flavors up weekly. It keeps you going back for more but with new choices. It’s great.

Cookies are really amazing! Baked fresh daily. Are so thick and soft, it is honestly the perfect cookie! I'm enjoying seeing what flavors they have every week. I'm spoiling my husband :)

Icing was nothing special . The oatmeal cookies barely have any oats on them and that’s saddening because I’m obsessed with oatmeal . Cookies taste like something I could buy from Walmart and not worth the price . The dulce cookies were bland and none of the icings had an out of this world pop . And box wasn’t even sealed

Good cookies…DoorDash could pick it up a little as far as being organized/accurate! We ordered cookies and had them delivered and left on the front porch table. When we got home, we found an order from Panda Express instead…called the Crumbl store and they fixed it. Good management…good cookies!

All of the cookies were yummyyy. The service was great as well. Unfortunately my chocolate caramel cookie did not come with sea salt and a caramel piece on top.

Cookies were fresh and backed thru. We bought a dozen for a family get together and everyone loved and enjoyed them. Different flavor options for every cookie monster out there. Gentleman at the counter made sure every cookie was on point. This time I tried the one with cranberries and I think it's my favorite from now on.

I order here all the time. I ordered 30 min before arriving on the app. And then sat in the store and watched . 3 different customers. Walk in. Order and walk out with their order before they even began my order. Lesson learned. Don’t use the app. Just walk in. You will get it quicker.

We ordered your cookies yesterday for my wife’s birthday and the flavor was amazing until she took a bite and chewed a piece of egg shell (or something similar- plastic maybe?), it definitely ruined our experience, we had to throw our cookies away. You guys have great packaging and the cookies are tasty but keep an eye on this type of food contamination.

Highly recommend using them for large events, gifts, or spontaneous sweet tooth’s. I had a BEAUTIFUL variety catered at my wedding and they were the crowd favorite. Everyone LOVED them! The owner of the store is so flexible, kind, and organized. Not to mention they are CLEAN and affordable. You will not find a better desert.

It would be surprising if I ever try a cookie that isn't phenomenal. The staff is all very sweet(much like the cookies), plus they always give great recommendations, and the price isn't what I would have expected. Usually a place of this caliber is going to be selling $5-7 cookies and they are $2-3!!! I will warn you though, you WILL get addicted. This is churro and the cornbread cookie. I was blown away by how awesome the cornbread cookie was. (Of course the churro one is bomb!!💣) This place opens early, closes late, and is ALWAYS got a flow of people in and out. I've never seen anything like it! Plus you can have them delivered to your door or curbside, and catering too. Can't wait til the cookie dough cookie returns!!!

Honestly the best cookies you’ll ever have. Absolutely worth every penny. I would walk there myself whenever I wanted cookies, but it’s just that much sweeter knowing they deliver and will do it fairly quickly. Can have your cookies and eat them too in less than hour.

I am absolutely in love!!! I’d heard great things about Crumbl, but thought it was hype. I mean how delicious could a cookie be?! It’s just a cookie. No!! This is satisfaction in the form of big, soft, chewy, goody goodness. As a first timer, I couldn’t try just a single cookie, so I purchased the graham cracker (w/ teddy grahams), the milk chocolate chip, molten lava, and the peanut butter. The teddy graham was my least favorite. It was pretty bland and the decorative teddy grahams were soggy. I didn’t care for the amount of icing on it either. The chocolate chip tasted just as I expected it to, classic and delicious but nothing extraordinary. The peanut butter was so thick, yet crumbly, sweet, and soft. I would surely get it again. The molten lava was my fav!!! It’s like a cross between a brownie and chocolate cake…so, basically, it’s scrumptious!! I can’t wait to see what flavors there will be next week! I also appreciate the customer service I received from the gentleman who walked me through the process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but I appreciate him.

Absolutely love love love crumble cookie! They are the best cookies out there, Hands down. There hasn't been a flavor I haven't enjoyed. I love the weekly changing menu, every creation that they come up with is always delicious and amazing. This lineup has been one of my favorites!

I tried this about 3 weeks ago, and I'm hooked! The cookies are served warm and soooo soft and chewy and oh my god! I look forward to the new flavors weekly. This is my third week trying the new flavors. Milk chocolate is a must, plus whatever else I can try.

One of the best cookie places. My very first time going here my cookies were fresh and warm. The weekly favors are always delicious i try not to spend money here every week but it’s kinda hard not to. I would 10/10 recommend going here if you are looking for some freshly baked and warm cookies.

If I could give an extra star I would! These cookies are so big and yummy (that's what she said, lol), and the employees are friendly. This picture is from our second visit, since we devoured the first batch in record time. We love how the menu changes weekly, giving us a chance to try a variety of flavors before we end our stay in Houston. My only regret is not going to Crumbl sooner!

I have been to many cookie/ dessert places and I have had some amazing sweets, but Crumbl Cookie is just on another level! It’s simple concept (cookies and milk) has turned o m my kids and I waiting every week to see what new flavors they have. They have three to four new flavors a week with the chocolate chip and sugar cookie always being no on the menu. The flavors they come up with are so good and very inventive. But even if you only like chocolate chip you won’t be disappointed the cookies are so good they are warm and soft and taste so good! The best thing is how big the cookie is, you could actually share with four people at the same time.

First timer and based on experiencing no issues overall good experience.
