This location is prompt, clean and professional! I have been going here for a year as of this month, and if you are contemplating trying, here’s your sign. The receptionists in the front are nice, and always get me in and out quick which I love. If I need to reschedule they make it a breeze without the guilt. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Summer at the Atascocita location for Brazilian Waxes, I will not use anyone else. First and foremost, she will make you feel comfortable which is a huge part of going somewhere new, but is also clean, knowledgeable and will make you feel like a brand new woman! I was terrified my first time and now this is a monthly ritual I couldn’t imagine not doing, and I cannot praise my waxer enough. Also if it is something you plan to do monthly, I would definitely recommend investing in a wax pass. I usually don’t sign up for things like this, and pay by service rendered but the savings are great if you plan to schedule monthly.

This location is mediocre at best. Front desk staff is friendly but you can tell when there is a new person. Funny how all of the reviews say LaTonja was great yet they fired her for life circumstances. Really don't want to come back to this location. Need to find another location and waxer.

The staff is friendly and helpful! My specialist Savannah was super awesome! She made me comfortable. She was very knowledgeable in her field. The front desk ladies also gave me some good tips before I had my session. It worked! You guys are the best!! Thank you!!

I was super excited to visit EWC today. I was also very nervous because I was getting my first Brazilian wax. After reading the reviews about LaTonja, I selected her for my service. I’m glad I did because she was AMAZING. She took care of me. I highly recommend her, especially if it’s your first time.

This was my first experience, although I was nervous upon entry the receptionist Crystal really put me at ease with her influx of information and personal experience. She then paired me with an awesome tech Savannah who was very warm and welcoming. As a first timer my experience was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this location. I also rebooked my next appointment with Savannah as well. I walked in nervous and walked out laughing. The staff is down to earth and humorous. I look forward to my second experience. The center was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. This was my first experience with professional waxing. I would definitely return. My only recommendation is the staff should confirm the type of service the client is receiving especially if it's their first time to ensure all are on the same page and the client understands what they're getting.

I walked in and Crystal was absolutely amazing she was so helpful. I was so nervous it was my first time getting waxed and she really eased my mind. Abbie was my wax specialist she was absolutely wonderful. She have just earned a new client. I have already booked my next appointment😁everything was perfect. Most recently, I have worked with both Katelyn and Abigail. Both ladies were pleasant, kind and easy to work with. They took their time and explained how to maintain my wax, recommended products that would help me make the most of my wax between visits and they were great conversationalists (that helps distract from the hair being ripped from your body - lol). The ladies at the front desk are always friendly as well. Overall, every experience has been phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I finally made it in for my appointment after giving birth to my daughter, and was very nervous. Not only was my wax specialist Raivionna kind and gentle, she did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend.

My visit on Saturday went “Great” as always. Brittany is amazing and continue to make every appointment worth it. She continues being very professional and courteous by greeting you with a pleasant smile. During time spent walking through every step as if it’s your first visit. My wife goes here monthly for wax treatments and they do a good job for the most part. Staff is friendly and professional but they do miss hairs quite often on my wife. If you get waxed here make sure you have them double check that the hairs are all taken care of.

Excellent customer service! I brought my 15 yo daughter today. She was nervous because it was her first time, but Jasmine was wonderful. She told her everything she would be doing, answered her questions and just made her feel so relaxed. The entire team was professional and made the experience easy and we have already scheduled the next appointment.

I had Leigh (or lala, I might have misspelled her name) but it was my first time at the European Wax center and it was a relaxing and fun experience ! Leigh made it less awkward, and was super welcoming throughout the wax ! Highly recommend coming to European Wax center but definitely ask for Leigh !

I get waxed by Latonja every 4 weeks any its always a good experience. The service is fast and never awkward. She makes great conversation and makes you feel comfortable every time. .

I been here a few times for the past year for Brazilian waxes. The services are usually hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes not so great. Last month I decided to give it a try again and my tech was inexperienced. The wax was a lot more painful than usual. And worst of all, my hair grew back less than a week later. I contacted customer service and they said that because I didn't call within 3 or 4 days that I would have to pay for the service all over again. They said they would have a store manager call me back so I could express my concern but no one ever called me.

First time at this location booked with Kiki, appointment was at 5:15 pm, the technician took another customer at 5:30pm, the receptionist had to let her know that I was waiting for my appointment. The technician did not greet nor apologize for her mistake. During the service there was no communication AT ALL, she rushed my service because her regular customer was already waiting I’m assuming. Didn't even spend a full 15 minutes completing the service, left with lots of hair and 1 week later broken hair was coming in, beats the purpose of waxing. Greatly disappointed with tech and location!

This was my first experience! And I'm in love now. The technician name yeah Keke was over awesome and amazing. She took the pain away indirectly and I will be back for her existence. Just for FYI make an appointment as I did with no wait time. I am forever a customer. Thank you

I went there for the first time I got eyebrow wax, I didn’t like the way she did them. They are not even, and I have a lot pf hair left. Even tho they did it complimentary because of the first time, I think they should have done a better job so I can return back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars it’s because they were nice and friendly. I don’t think I would go back.

Nice discount to start off my first visit-if it’s your first time check the website! I like how quick the appointment was too. My esthetician, Jacky, was super informative and educated me well. I didn’t have any questions about aftercare after my appointment. The inside of the waxing room (or at least the one I was in) leaves something to be desired. But if you’re able to look past how the rooms are presented, it’s a great experience and well worth the investment/commitment of waxing.

When I mentioned it was my first time getting a wax, one of the ladies in the receptionist area recommended Latonja. I was very nervous, but she made me feel very comfortable and made sure to check in with me every time she was about to pull the wax. She is very friendly and funny, she makes you forget the pain of the wax. I absolutely love coming to her & reschedule if she is not available. I have been coming to Latonja for a couple of months now, the pain of waxing has decreased significantly & she always does a great job.

I made an appointment online for a wax service. About two days later they called me stating that they couldn’t service me. I should have not been inconvenienced.

I love coming here. I've been a regular since June 2020. I always try to get Jasmine when I keep my regular appointments. She is super sweet and keeps you entertained during the process. I've also had Breanna and she is quick and easy. I have super sensitive skin and she cooled the wax down to where it was comfortable for me.

The service was great. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the prices are good as well. I have been going to them for a few months and they have continued to be great. Always great service and quickly done.

Dawnika was amazing!!!! As a wax specialist myself i think I’m very critical when it comes to my wax but she was very gentle and talked me through. Although I’m relocating to another state when I’m in town I will definitely be back to see her!
