I by passed three other massage places in the Atascocita area to try you all out. However, the white girl at the front desk was rude. Seconds after walking in, she asked “Do you have an appointment?” with a rude sarcastic tone. I wouldn’t have had a problem with setting an appointment in the future if she had been friendly and not trying to rush me out the door. She also gave me a strange look when I walked in, as if she had never seen some one of color. Do better with the people you put at the front desk, they are the face of the company.

My husband and I were given a Couples Massage as a gift, by our daughter for Christmas. What a great gift it turned out to be! My husband had never had a massage before but he thoroughly enjoyed it as much as I did. I’ve been to a different spa before, but Natural Forces is hands down, the better place to go as far as the quality and techniques used by the massesuse. The ladies were very friendly and made us both feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Natural Forces to anyone wanting a relaxing massage at this clean and convenient location! Kelly did a wonderful job as my masseuse, as did my husband’s masseuse…(sorry I didn’t catch her name) but she had him so relaxed he went to sleep!! I totally will be a returning customer!!

Enjoyed my 60 min massage today with Kelley. The facility is quaint and the perfect distance from my home! As a first timer I would suggest this location. Their May special had them very busy. I could tell from the activity in the hallway outside of my room that everyone who visited was pleased with their service.

It was very nice on the inside, but for me my experience was not what I thought. I really wanted to do the cupping after my massage but it never happened. It was very disappointing. I didn't enjoy my massage at all. I like my massage with oil, but it didn't feel like oil. It felt like lotion was used. I came from out of town to experience something thing new. I don't know if I could recommend this place to anyone as of yet. Maybe some customers experienced something different than I did.

Honestly, at this point, i'm just fed up. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called again 2 days later, the same thing. I called a 4 days ago, i was hung up on while i was trying to get availability. I called today, and now there is no availability. I feel like they are either 1. racist, or 2. they don't really want your business. Either way, I was able to get a spot with another local massage place that could take us in on the date we were needing. No holds required, not being hung up on, and they were able to book with me within 3 minutes. No rude customer service. Ridiculous.

Very clean, calm and welcoming atmosphere. The massage therapists are all so talented and have great technique. I look forward to getting my massage every time I go in.

Professional all the way. Greeted very warmly, massage therapist had years of experienced and worked out a knot in my shoulder that was there for months. Overall atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be back, especially with the great deals! Tim and his team are great!

I decided to try Natural Forces from a Groupon deal and I'm glad I did!! The Atmosphere is clean, calm and inviting. The location is great and their hours are perfect! The Front desk is friendly and very helpful with the different type of services they offer. I had the pleasure of having Mary as my masseuse. She was sweet, begin right on time, and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable with the amount pressure the entire time. I left there feeling very relax and refreshed! Because of my wonderful experience with Mary I will definitely be coming back!!

This was my first massage ever and I cannot express enough how amazing it was! The staff was so friendly and the environment was so relaxing! Tina was my massage therapist and she went over all my problem areas with me before hand. She made sure to ask occasionally if the pressure was okay and answered all my questions i had during the massage. It was such an awesome first massage experience! Thank you!!

Natural Forces is such a outstanding therapeutic place. I’ve had wonderful massages from Ashlynne, Tim and Kelly. Each one of them is very talented in their own way and great communicators. Tim the owner is passionate about his work and does the utmost to make sure I’m comfortable. I always leave feeling brand new and put back together so to speak after a massage.

My wife enjoyed the entire experience. It was her first time and the massage therapist talked to her during the entire session. She was able to alleviate all the concerns my wife had about message therapy. It has been a while and I'm not sure of her name, but the therapist may have had a injury to her leg. She was "amazing," as my wife put it. She had been feeling a tremendous amount of stress and pain in her neck and left shoulder. She is so much better now. The front counter told us about promotions and membership details. I especially love that you can cancel anytime. It was a bit far but we don't mind the drive.

Went for my first (definitely won’t be the last) massage at Natural Forces. Knowing nothing about the therapists, I let them schedule me with whomever was available. Fortunately, Tina was assigned to me. After listening carefully to my issues and preferences, she proceeded to deliver the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The pressure was perfect - more than just relaxing, but not so intense as to make me feel beat up.. I have many issues with my 70 year old back and am in nearly constant pain. Lately, my lower back has been particularly problematic. Even standing up after sitting for a short time has been painful. Following my massage, I was surprised to be able to stand without pain. I have never had a massage impact a source of pain to that extent! I will definitely be asking for Tina in the future. That said, if Tina is any indication, all of the therapists are good. Likewise, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

I've been looking for a well rounded massage team ever since my regular masseuse went back to Canada. My first couple experiences was with Sydney and let's just say she was amazing very thorough, kind, personable and her attention to details was awesome. Then I had Tina and she also was amazing she hit my trouble areas and noticed something off without me telling her. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis so all my trouble achy areas she noticed them as well as Sydney. Tina is also kind, very thorough and her attention to detail was spot on. Honestly so far I haven't had a massage I wasn't satisfied with. My plan is to try every masseuse in this establishment especially the owner Tim but his schedule is so booked but until then I will continue to schedule up next is Zion (heard great things). Having my 90 min monthly membership is also so convenient. I'm a OR nurse so self care is so important as my body often takes a beating after those long hours. I have now been a client here for about a year, and with notable differences in my lower back pain, ability to sleep longer, and ability to move, I will be continuing here for as long as possible! I started bringing my wife for a couples massage as well. She enjoys it just as much as I do. Today was my 1st visit to NFM and it definitely won’t be my last. My 60 minute deep tissue massage was with Kelly and she did an amazing job. I plan to purchase one of the packages on my next visit.

Tina is amazing! I go to her for prenatal massages and I love her. She's not afraid to get in and go deep where as other therapists have been afraid bc of me being pregnant. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her tips for relief while away. She's great!

I got a Sweedish Massage today with Mary and she was absolutely great!! The whole experience was great from the initial interaction, the comfortable and warm Massage Table and the Hot Stones and pressure were great and so relaxing I definitely caught myself snoring a few times lol.. I walked out feeling so much better and truly appreciate Mary educating me on Pain Triggers and ways to reduce pain and tension going forward etc. just a really great massage and definitely left pleased with Natural Force Massage and will definitely return in the future! I’ve been getting massages for about 20 years. I’m very impressed with Natural Forces. Sydney is absolutely wonderful, she helps me tremendously. She’s super sweet and caring. Her technique is very thorough. I tried Zion yesterday and he literally left me speechless. I didn’t have to tell him my problem areas, he absolutely is in tune with his technique and worked on all my problem areas. My only regret is that I wish I had booked a 90 minute with him. I’m very impressed to find two people in the same place that are exceptional. My friends love to see Tim, so I’ll look forward to one day booking a massage with him when he gets an opening. Finding a place where massage therapy is actually therapeutic is very difficult now a days. Natural Forces is the place to go to. Thank you! :)
