THE BEST AND MOST CONSISTENT STARBUCKS ANYWHERE!!!! I've asked how they make the coffee consistently perfect. Come to find out, they calibrate the espresso machine throughout the day. This is the ONLY Starbucks I buy from. It's 100% worth the wait of having to go on the other side of Athens!

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! They are always generous and kind! And super on top of things! They always make sure their customers are happy and taken care of! I refuse to go to any other Starbucks location..

i was ordering and had asked for a strawberry drink and the lady taking my order was THE RUDEST MOST UN SENSITIVE lady I have ever met. Terrible customer service and will never be back to that location.

If every Starbucks was run the way the Starbucks inside of the Kroger in Hull is run, Starbucks would go out of business. I love Starbucks but this Starbucks makes me want to permanently take my business else where. If you want a good representation of Starbucks in this area, go to the one inside Ingles off US-29 in Hull.

The last 4 times in the same week and n many occasions before this. This location has been”out” of cold brew I don’t know if they’re actually not making it but this seems a bit extreme to be out every single time then they really should be making more. To have this item as a featured new item and also on the menu board and continuously be out

I 💘 this Athens STARBUCKS... it's always, "My Pleasure," to visit them... I wish all businesses had their Customer Service Module Embedded in their Customer Service Rules and Regulations... them and Coca-Cola have 5 STAR Ratings in my book!!!

Wish i could give a zero.. they dont do frappes & when i asked for another ingredient to add on my drink they always say they run out.. what is going on here?!! the employees are somewhat nice but kinda makes faces when i order.

I asked for an unusual off menu drink and Ashley was so patient with me. Thank you! The drink came out even better than how I hope it would be because other places would either make it their way or charge me double. Definitely come here!

Stood and waited for my drink too long. Staff seemed more interested in chatting up a storm with the person in front of me who obviously looks like they were friends. And didnt do a good job making my drink this time. Please take your job a little more seriously.

7:15am and they dont have dark roast . This place should sell croissants, bagels, bread, etc but coffee )))))

Perpetually out of ingredients. I’ve had such a hit or miss experience with this little Starbucks. In the past, I have had great service & so my 1 star is for the service I received today an hour or so ago. I think management should do more customer service training on the staff there today.

There usually is a wait since this location is very popular. I am ashamed to say we went two days in a row. We ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino. The gentleman told us they were out of mocha, and would we like to try white mocha. Thank you for the suggestion. it was delicious.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ! i guess Starbucks employees aren’t supposed to greet their customers now.. I expect to get greeted and not stared down in disgust. I stood there for a minute and wasn’t greeted or spoken to as if I was invisible by the white male worker there today around 5pm( didn’t get a name). If you’re black don’t spend a dime here ! I walked away and spent my money at the next friendly starbucks. My first experience ever going to a starbucks was terrible to say the least. Fun fact: don’t work in a public place if you’re prejudice!

Disappointed to be told they didn't have decaffeinated coffee. I walked away empty-handed and wondered why!

Slow service. I waited 5 minutes in line before an employee took my order as both employees were busy making drinks. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink to be made, which is longer than expected because there were only two drinks before mine on the queue.
