I
had
a
negative
experience
with
East
Athens
Family
Vision
during,
and
after,
my
appointment
last
December.
I
made
an
appointment
to
get
an
updated
prescription
for
my
glasses
and
a
new
pair
of
contact
lenses.
Dr.
Poole
was
35
minutes
late
for
my
appointment.
It
was
the
middle
of
my
workday
and
this
put
me
under
a
time
crunch.
Despite
that
I
was
clear
that
I
wanted
rigid
contact
lenses,
he
spent
15
minutes
attempting
to
talk
me
into
daily
wear
lenses.
This
was
frustrating
as,
1)
I
was
already
pressed
for
time,
and
2)
I
stated
from
the
start
that
I
wanted
rigid
lenses.
When
I
told
him
we
needed
to
move
things
along,
he
became
defensive
and
rushed
through
my
exam—the
most
important
part
of
the
appointment.
When
my
glasses
came
in
the
technician
who
did
my
fitting
was
good.
But
I
never
got
my
contact
lenses.
I
called
to
inquire
about
them
in
early
March
and
was
told
a
technician
would
call
me
back.
No
one
called
back.
So,
I
now
have
to
spend
more
of
my
time
to
go
elsewhere
to
get
my
contacts.
I
will
not
be
going
back
to
East
Athens
Family
Vision.
