Lots of varieties and choices for you home! This week I decided to check out the garden/plant/ flower section and I've been in the shop twice and I'm happy to say that the shop/ personnel followed strict Covid 19 regulations making your shopping experience relaxing and enjoyable. 😊 I was also happy to see lots of plants/flower pots and other garden/ balcony accessories as well as nice herb plants at very competitive prices ... and I bought some for my home cooking! 😊👍

Not very happy about this store. I ordered tiles for my bathroom, when i returned its the completely wrong tiles installed in my bathroom. When i contacted them first they tried to deny it over email. Then i talked to the store and showed them, and they confirmed this was the wrong tiles, i got a contact email to file a complaint So now i am waiting to see how they will solve this problem. Its not fun when you spend so much on your bathroom, and then you see its not what you wanted or ordered. They were just here, and it was confirmed again i got the wrong tiles. I Will update the review after i read their suggestion for a solution. Attached a photo of tiles, i was supposed to get the top ones, but got the ones on the bottom.

Epic failure. 1 They took 6 days to deliver 2 they delivered scratched chairs and tables 3 replacement will take another 6 days 4 no manger will respond our calls 5 no apologies 6 no refund 7 snowflakes on the phone could not help and when I asked them to connect me with someone who can help they refused

I ordered tiles for my bathroom that was to be delivered when i was away. I received the wrong tiles, which i noticed when i returned and they were installed. I paid 3300+ vat for my bathroom. First customer support denied giving me the wrong tiles. After coming to my place for inspection they accepted that it was wrong. Their solution was only to refund the amount for the tiles or give me the ones which i originally ordered, i am really not happy about the solution at all. It means i would have to take everything out in my bathroom, and then re install it. Which will be extremly expensive

I found this branch to be open on a Sunday. Which is really cool so do check the website for hours because it may save you too. Parking is free just make sure to validate your ticket while you're at the counter even if it's under two hours. Doesn't matter. Validate it. Then exit.

Leroy Merlin stores are pretty good with many DIY solutions and a lot of tools for beginners and professionals. This particular store however is probably the worst place I have ever been to. It is a labyrinth one has to navigate in order to get from one place to the other and having to walk for miles to go from one floor to the other. I do not complain easily however this one is unacceptable. The other stores are fine. And I am not referring to the staff. The building and the layout is the problem.

Having been at Marousi and Athens Airport stores this one was not per my expectations with regard to different levels access. In order to move to upper or lower floor departments you have to use the elevator if you have taken a cart. Accessiblity with the escalators only without s cart. This causes delays and you cannot just go through the different products as there is a time limit of 2 free hours at the parking area. If you exceed this time limit you get charged. Next time visit will definitely be at the Athens airpory store.

So easy for shopping.they hv also parking.various things are there except pillows/bed sheet.Staff are helpful.All are in order and very tidy.

I visited the Xmas department a few days ago. The young guy whom I asked for decorations, was very polite, willing, extremely helpful, explanatory and experienced. I was very satisfied with the whole buy especially because of his service!

This shop didn't have what I was in need for. I was obligated to pay 5€ for parking then.

I am extremely disappointed to have to leave this review but at this point I feel as if I am being played. In June I contacted Leroy Merlin for the installation of sovatepi(side panels between floor and wall). After two months, tons of calls and waiting a technician was sent that installed the wrong panelling and told me that the store has the correct panelling but the employees there have no clue and left. I immediately contacted the store as someone needs to replace this atrocity. Since August I have been told someone will contact me to no avail. I am extremely disappointed. They got there money right away why can't I have what I paid for? It's been almost 4 months for nothing. The customer rep was suppose to contact me this week as of Monday but you guessed it..nothing. Will call them once more just to humor myself but I plan on taking much more drastic steps.

Love this place! Quite possibly the best DIY store in Athens. They have it all and the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and escorted me to the products I inquired about. Although the prices are good, deeper discounts can be gotten by joining their free club. I saved an extra 20% on plants for my garden!!

No bad. It doesn't look but it's big enough and you can find many things,ok,not as many as a big Leroy, but still..it can cover your needs. Steps away from the underground.

You can find all plumbing equipment, piping, valves, sinks.Also paints, lighting specialties, plants, irrigation and gardening equipment, kitchen and toilet furniture and accessories. Own client car parking . Easily accessabke Highly recommended. Very polite and helpful staff.

Leroy Merlin is a DIY store chain where you can find all kinds of building materials and decoration products to help you improve your home. I think the best part is that it offers you different options from cheap to expensive in any product. For example, when buying something like a screwdriver, I can choose the cheap Dexter brand, while when buying an electronic product such as a drill, I can choose from brands such as Stanley or Dewalt. The downside is that it takes a long time for out-of-stock products to be back in stock. I think they need to seriously improve their supply chain in Greece. While we were renovating our house, we shopped at this branch of Leroy Merlin many times, and since we did not speak Greek, we got help from the staff on many issues. Each time they helped us with interest and professionally. Thank you to the branch staff and we highly recommend this branch.

Good selection. One of the two lifts was not workign. The stores layout is confusing and makes you go in circles to find what you need.
