A very relaxing experience, calms your soul and makes you feel reborn. The staff is fully experienced knowing exactly how to do their job. The atmosphere is majestic and relaxing too. A bit pricey the personalized massage I've tried, but the best is always expensive. We are talking about Greece's most historic and most luxurious hotel

The services were excellent and the pool/sauna facilities are immaculate and gorgeous BUT they let kids run around, scream and play in the sauna area. I was relaxing in the foot bath, and a little girl jumped in the personal pool at my feet. I was shocked and when I told the staff, they did nothing. I had high expectations from this historic hotel, but found it hard to relax in these conditions. A hotel spa of this stature (the best in Greece?) should at minimum enforce a quiet policy.

A wonderful spa experience! Very professional, friendly and welcoming staff. I enjoyed a full body massage and use of the facilities- Pool and steam rooms. Very clean and everything we needed was supplied. Highly recommend

Επέλεξα να επισκεφτώ το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο προκειμένου να αξιοποιήσω ένα δώρο που μου έγινε στις εγκαταστάσεις spa. Εντυπωσιαστηκα από τον χώρο, από τις παροχές στα αποδυτήρια και απο την καθαριότητα. Η θεραπεία που επέλεξα ήταν υπέροχη και η θεραπευτρια ήταν ευγενική με διάθεση να κάνει το καλύτερο δυνατό για τη χαλάρωση και το σώμα μου. Τα λάδια που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν είχαν υπέροχα αρώματα και βοήθησαν άμεσα στη χαλάρωση. Ωστόσο αν κρίνω από το κοστολόγιο, δεν θα το επέλεγα εάν δεν ήταν δώρο. Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή του Spa, θα έλεγα πως ήταν κάπως διεκπαιραιωτικο. Παρόλα αυτά ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία

Το καλύτερο μασάζ που έχω δεχθεί μέχρι σήμερα μπράβο Νίκο!!! Η θεραπεία προσώπου εξαιρετική με τα προϊόντα espa!!! Χάρηκα πολύ που έκανα αυτό το δώρο στον εαυτό μου και μπράβο στο GB spa που διατηρεί τόσο καλό επίπεδο και ποιότητα δεδομένου τιμών και τοποθεσίας!!!

Terrible service by Despina and the lady with the brown hair at the front desk of the spa, they conveyed false information about treatments and lied about the guidance they gave to the clients.

We do live in times of Covid where most indoor activities are still closed and limited. The indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna were all closed (not the spas fault - Covid fault). I will say my wife and I are on the larger size and the standard robes are just a tad too small (Not comfortable wearing while nude and sitting in a coed area). Would have been nice if they did have larger robes for us; the men’s ones would have fitted perfectly. The locker room was outdated and had the worst locking system! As far as the services went… my wife and I had excellent massages and felt completely relaxed afterwards.
