The moment you step into the studio you feel welcomed. The space is cleaned and filled with bright light entering from the big windows. You can even hear the birds singing during savasana. The teachers are kind and motivating. Highly suggested!

Nama Yoga Studio is a peaceful sanctuary in the noise of Athens. It's airy and bright yet feels cozy and the soft light entering through the big windows with a balcony with flowers outside will instantly put you at ease. Victoria has created an oasis to relax mind, body and soul, where she holds space with her selected handful of highly skilled teachers, and she will use her knowledge and passion to gently guide you through even the most exhausting classes. It was a pleasure and an honour to practise at Nama Yoga Studio, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I did a lesson with Sunday and I really liked it! She is very approachable and helpful, especially with new or more "inexperienced" students. I really liked the early morning classes on weekdays. The space is also bright and clean. One of the best yoga studios I've visited!

Nama yoga is a place of trust for me, where I let myself into the practice and my teachers. I have known Victoria for years and I trust her because she has the ability to unlock you and take you on a journey. Both in the nama and in the retreats she creates, a "human professionalism" emanates from her. All the teachers are excellent. Sunday also has a special place in my heart!
