    Excellent environment for fitness in small groups! Tasos (fitness trainer) has excellent knowledge of the subject, is very friendly, and adapts each workout to the needs of the trainee!

    Amazing gym with great equipment and staff and super affordable prices! The workouts are extremely effective and if you are a fan of Cross-Training then I highly recommend it!

    Beautiful place, lots of organization for class appointments and the programs are varied so you can work out the whole body! There is perfect cooperation with the trainer and you immediately feel familiar!
