Alexia is extremely generous with her teaching and energy she transmits. Every yoga class is a truly brilliant experience.

Alexia is wonderful. I had tried yoga before but it didn't stick. From the first lesson, Alexia kept me with her energy and love for what she does. You see the real balance between soul and body. The place is great and always clean. The course is a wonderful enjoyable experience!

Alexia is a magnificent teacher. Her attention to detail during every yoga class is unmached! Her calm energy, expert knowledge of body movement and various tips and techniques make for a great instructor that challenges each student (helping achieve individual goals) while also keeping the class enjoyable and informative. The space is playful and beautiful, a perfect safe haven in the center of the otherwise hectic Athens. I felt a strong sense of belonging upon arrival to the studio and every moment throughout our session was met with peace and tranquillity. I absolutely recommend Γη Yoga Loft to anyone 🤍

Really nice atmosphere, urban vibe and great instructions given by the lovely yoga professor Alexia, who always takes care of everyone and does a fantastic job for all her students. Also the location is pretty good as it is really close to the metro station of Sygrou-Fix and thus easy to access! I highly recommend!

Earth Yoga Loft is the best I've ever been to! Alexia is such an amazing teacher, always willing to make you feel and do better. She helps you set your goals and exceed them, but also makes the process fun. Needless to say that the studio is very clean and cozy. Earth Yoga Loft is the place to find peace and feel at home. I absolutely recommend this place!
