    The WORST courier company EVER: •hiding behind chats and there is no telephone number to call, •only offering excuses and script-like responses to the customers. •The responses they give you through emails are insulting, they neglect you and treat you like dumb. •Responses like bot generated I did 5 orders from ikea at the same day same time for the same address. They just do the courier of the packages one by one they can’t even try send them all together). •without being able to set delivery times •A package from IKEA is being held hostage for 25 days straight and nobody does anything about it. •the sent a message about delivery time and while I organized my work accordingly the delivery man came 1,5 hours earlier and then I contacted him to come at the right time (the time I had been informed by email that morning) He hung up the phone rudely The worst and most incompetent company I have ever see with the worst, and the rudest people I have ever met. AN UTTER SHAME.

    After trying to figure out when my package will arrive and being stuck at home for 2 days. The retail store had to intervene for me to finally receive my package. Your chat bot is ridiclous stating "your question is from another galaxy"and comunication is unavailable. On a good note the delivery person was friendly, polite and with a smile. He deserves 5 stars but your company - sorry bad experience

    The live tracking was not accurate and I had rescheduled my routine in order to receive the parcel, which arrived 2 hours later. Please update your software or ensure in some sort of way that you have informed the customer about the time the package will arrive. Thank you.

    I orderes from you.gr they gave the wrong address for a next day delivery.And qhen they corrected the addreas thwy did not dwliveres it.Then two days afterwarda the still had the wrong addreas and I personally calles the driver to give him the right address.Therefore next day deliveey IS NOT GUARANTEED

The responses they give you are insulting and they neglect you. A package from IKEA is being held hostage for 6 days straight and nobody does anything about it. The people who work at the Customer Service must be let go immediately. They are the worst, the rudest people I have ever met. AN UTTER SHAME.

    So far the best delivery I’ve experienced in Greece. Clear transparent and up to the minute tracking. The driver called twice to make sure someone was home to receive the package. 👍🏻

    Very dissatisfied. They said they would communicate and I can track and I never managed to communicate. And finally received a mail that they are sending back my stuff!!! They say only chat and mail but do not respond live, only automated messages but when they were to bring the delivery they called on the phone and there was no way to communicate for different phone or for delivery without the call!!

    I ordered a sim card from vodafone CU and ported to the number. Its been 12 days now and the sim is still being held at svuum and nobody is doing anything about it. First of all they have no number to call, no live support and they dont reply to emails. I need this sim asap bc i have calls to make and need data outside but now i am stuck like this. Litteraly the worst company to ever exist.

    Thank you. My comment: you should accept messages before delivery to clarify the best possible communication. Although I wrote both to the merchant and you, that I would like you to communicate on a different telephone number, for day and time, there was no communication. Finally, we managed. But you could avoid double efforts to deliver.

    I had my order shipped to a hotel while I was staying in Athens back in September. Delivery was unsuccessful for address being invalid but it was a valid address. I had other couriers deliver to this hotel without issues, the only courier having problems was Svuum. I think the delivery guy did not even bother going inside, just marked the package as undeliverable. The package had important supplements and special food for my sick cat so I spent my short stay in Athens trying to reach this company but they have no phone support and they will never reply emails. Tracking page doesn't work properly and will not tell you where your package is. I ended up going to their address on the last day of my trip because noone was replying. This is just an office address and they have another address taped to the door for package collection, which is 15 minutes drive. They do not mention this address on their web site so you will not know it exists until you go to their office. I had to find another taxi to get there. They were very unapologetic, just found my package and handed it to me without any ID check. I don't know how long it would have stuck there if I didn't go and collect. I had to carry the 7kg package several blocks as there were no taxis. Not a good experience and would never purchase from any company using this horrible courier.

    The worst shipping company. The services are bad. There is no telephone communication. They don't know when they will deliver packages. Tracking links are not working. They say they will send packages and they never send without informing. In general it is an unacceptable service. Don't work with them.

    My experience was nice, pretty fast delivery, with good communication. The only downside is the design of the email because I thought it was spam. You need a better design to look more professional.

    very helpful, super fast, and they follow step by step everything we ask for in the shipment... like taking a phone call before delivering a very basic item that other more well-known couriers don't do.
