Great experience, Lisa the manager is wonderful to work with. We moved in this weekend and are so happy so far! The neighbors are great, too. Love the location and the updates the new owners have done to the entire place. Can't wait for summers by the pool.

Every day, I become more and more impressed with this place. The professionalism of the office staff has been unmatched since the beginning of my moving process. The maintenance guy here is very knowledgeable and prompt. I've had a couple of issues since I moved in three weeks ago (at the fault of renovations contractor) and they have been taken care of within minutes of submitting the work order! I love it here and would give 10 stars if I could!

I lived out there since 2014! The last two years have been simply amazing. It’s peaceful out there. The property manager Lisa Hodges is the best you could ask for. Truly a great place to live.

My husband and I relocated here from out of town and she made the process seamless start to finish. She answered any questions or concerns we had and was very responsive and on top of all maintenance request. The staff is very professional not to mention the location and apartment amenities are beautiful! Though I'm only able to give 5 stars their professionalism is a top notch 10 star review! Come on home to the CLEO LIVING!

I have lived at this complex for several years now (before the current owners/management). The location is very convenient to just about all the main spots in Athens. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The office manager is unbeatable ! She is very friendly and professional. She has always been quick to resolve any issue at hand as well as carrying on a friendly conversation in and out of office. Maintenance has been quick to fix whatever problems I’ve encountered. He is very knowledgeable, and has always been friendly, and well mannered when entering my home. Highly recommend!

I always thoroughly enjoy going to their complex. You can not ask for a better manager and maintenance man!!! The whole complex is always sooooo clean (thank you maintenance for actually doing your job) & the management there is phenomenal!!!

These apartments is the absolutely the best in Athens so far . The resident manager is so nice and the maintenance man completes order in a 24 hour turn around time or less.
